Because of my partner's condition, I was forced to have care 4 times a day. My partner and I were daunted by this prospect but the care and professionalism of the company have allayed our fears. Any issues we have had, have been quickly resolved to our satisfaction.
Moorlands is an excellent company who always treat you with kindness and consideration. You always feel that the carers enjoy their work and have empathy with you.
I have been with Moorlands Care since April 2015 and have found them most satisfactory and would most likely recommend them to anyone needing care.
We have found the staff very helpful, kind and considerate.
I have used a cleaner form Moorlands Care Home since May 2015. They come for 2 hours once a week and fo a quick clean of my house. This includes changing my bed and ironing the sheets and pillowcases which I have put into the washing machine and dried. They will help with anything I can not do myself such as tidying the cupboards or cleaning windows. The only problem is that they are not allowed travelling time and their arrival time varies considerably depending on where the last job was. I couldn't manage without their help.
Thank you for your kind review. We are glad to hear you are happy with the cleaning service we provide. Unfortunately, it is very difficult to predict exactly what time the carer will be there for your call due to a number of factors. We do try our best to be as accurate as possible and it is...
I am very pleased with the homecare I receive from Moorlands. The carers that visit me are pleasant and helpful. I look forward to their visits.
Thank you so much for your review. We are so glad you are happy with the service you receive and look forward to the carers arrival. I will pass on your comments to the relevant carers.
It's been a first-class service.
Thank you so much for your comments.
We are glad to hear you are happy with our service.

The ladies in the office are amazing too and will sort out any problems or concerns on the side of either staff or client in the most respectful way they can.
If only our governments would place the true value of the work that Carers do and pay them a good wage for less gruelling hours!
Thanks for all you did for us - you know who you are.
Moorlands Care provides daily care in the home of our neighbour. The service is superb. They have a great team of care workers, which my friend is very attached to. They are always on time and nothing is a trouble to them. All very obliging. We all like the main care worker for his certainty and good manners. We would strongly recommend Moorlands to anybody requiring care at home.
Thank you for your kind words, we are all pleased to hear that you and your friend are happy with our service. I will pass on your praise to all those involved, Thank you.
A family run firm which provide excellent carers- especially in the difficult field of male carers.
MY review was conducted in a professional and courteous manner. All aspects of care needs were discussed.
Very satisfied.
I receive several hours of care each week. It consists of some domestic help, such as vacuuming, dusting and general tidying up. Also I am accompanied to the supermarket and assisted with shopping. I am regularly helped with showers. All of theses matters I could not do for myself, so are valuable to me.
