We've been getting care from a core team of four carers, all totally different in age, background and personality, but all equally proficient and incredibly kind and friendly.
My parents were at first resistant to getting strangers coming into their home when they didn't feel they needed help, but

within a few days both were really enjoying the company and the help provided.
Nothing is too much trouble for either the carers or the admin staff. All are friendly, efficient and professional.
For me, just knowing there are additional eyes-on is a huge comfort. One example of the common sense shown was on a Sunday, only a week or two after the carers had started looking after my very elderly parents. The carer took one look at my father and rang me to say she didn't think he was himself and in her opinion required an ambulance. Without her call I would not have known how seriously ill my father was. I can't thank or recommend them all enough.
