From my very first contact with One to One at the beginning of the year when I needed urgent care for my Mum who was coming out of hospital I was immediately reassured and felt confident that their care would help Mum to stay in her own home with One to One's really great team helping her. This has completely been the case and I know from conversations with Mum that she is totally happy with the help she receives from all her lovely "girls". Mum has macular degeneration and the carers are so helpful making sure that everything is kept in the same place so Mum can keep some independence when she wants to. Communication is very easy and I am so grateful for the flexibility this care company have been able to provide especially as I live many miles from my Mum. I would have no hesitation recommending One to One for anyone looking for an authentic and brilliant care team.
Fantastic service from the lovely team of carers who looked after my mum. Professional, caring and always went the extra mile for us all. Mum loved them all. Thank you Manager and your wonderful team.
This care company are excellent and look after my Mum really well. I'm very pleased with them. All the carers are brilliant. Would highly recommend.
One to One is a small local company. The carers are all very efficient, friendly, kind and caring. Happy to help always.
This company and its manager/owner have gone the 'extra mile' right from day one, absolutely nothing we have requested as a family has been too much for them to meet my aunty's needs. The owner/manager has listened to us every step of the way and tweaked/changed the care pack to meet my aunty's needs. She was always treated with the ultimate care and respect. We would recommend this care company to anyone without hesitation.
I cannot praise the staff who cared for my mum highly enough. Without exception, they were absolutely wonderful to Mum and showed a level of care second to none. This was a great comfort to myself and my family knows that Mum was being so expertly cared for by warm, compassionate, exceptional individuals who made up the perfect care team for Mum. Thankful with all my heart.
