OxleyCare is a small agency providing live-in care in the south of England, particularly in places including, but not limited to, Salisbury, Winchester, Bath, Marlborough and Shaftesbury. Being a small agency means the office care staff know clients and carers well and will work closely with clients and their families to ensure that they are matched with the carer most suited to provide the right support, no matter if the care required is complex or just on a companion basis.

Central to the company ethos is respect, compassion, empathy and a desire to assist a client to live as independently as possible in accordance with their wishes. OxleyCare expects carers to uphold the highest standards of professionalism at all times.

As well as long term live-in care placements, OxleyCare can assist in the provision of respite care, either for clients recovering from illness or a hospital stay, or when another carer needs to take a break for a week or more. The recruitment process for carers is strict: all are interviewed, DBS checked and references obtained. Skills are assessed and all relevant training is provided.

Our carer has been looking after our my father since his discharge from hospital in October last year. She is kind, professional and has looked after my father with great care and attention. This has enabled him to continue living at home with as much independence as possible. We couldn't do without
her.
