Meet the Team (2)
I joined Prestige in 2021 following a 14-year career in Healthcare recruitment in many care settings including the NHS, Private and Social Care.
I enjoy working in care as I like to think I have made a difference in people's lives and I have helped enable them to remain as independent as possible.
Ensuring the service being delivered is safe, effective and well-led so that service users have confidence and can trust that we will always put them at the centre of all we do.
I have previously run my own Healthcare agency and have been a Registered Manager with both CQC and CSSIW, providing care services to both adults and children including very complex care packages. I have also supplied temporary staffing solutions covering all disciplines to the NHS.
I have had the pleasure of working in this industry for nearly 25 years, starting at SEN playschemes and moving onto PMLD and Autism specialties. During this time I have led on setting up services and reworking services in need. I have BSL experience and am adept at tailoring my communication to the individual .My passion for Person Centred care and championing choice have led to some exiting projects and adventures. I look forward to may more to come!
