Whilst the carers who attend my mother are polite and friendly, the office in Blackwood leaves a lot to be desired. Their invoicing process is dire with no invoices received until you have a phone call and are faced with a massive bill of £1000 plus. You cannot access the finance department easily as
they never receive or return phone calls and don’t carry out any promises they have previously made. All In all, I wonder how they are funded because their evasiveness when collecting payment is terrible.

My experience with this company in the past three months has been more than disappointing! This is a disgrace of a company. Calls clients (myself) liars which I ended up taking a polygraph examination (lie detector test) to prove that I wasn't lying and in fact the company was! They overlook everything,
including managers and owners. I have received no apology from the company. Terrible client service.
The office staff and managers are all on one side, which is friends and family. It is okay for them to take money for days out, such as bingo, whilst taking my disabled wife out for the day. Both manager and the assistant manager took boxes of chocolates out of my house. When their policy is that they can't take anything from clients! According to social services policy. The manager refused to take my calls and was promised a call back straight away but two weeks on and still no call. I have been told that the manager accepts money from other clients. One rule for managers and another for the hard-working staff.
