Overall Experience
We live in Buckinghamshire, we have adult twin disabled daughters, and were in need of a weeks holiday in beautiful Cornwall. After finding a fully adapted accommodation I needed to find a care company for my eldest twin daughter, I found Proper Care, when I spoke to them I immediately felt at ease, we mainly communicated via email and when I contacted them they always replied back to me very quickly. The office staff were very friendly and helpful. While we were on holiday my daughter had 2 carers each morning who were lovely, they were happy and friendly which helped my daughter relax, by the end of our holiday we were sad that we had to leave and not see them again.

I would really recommend Proper Care.
