It's taken me a while to write this review but I wanted to say thank you to the Seashells team for all their help with my friend. The team looked after her for the last couple of years of her life and she said she couldn't have managed without them. They were particularly good whilst we were waiting for an ambulance, realising that more help was needed and came and supported me and my friend without being asked. My friend passed away and the carer and manager dealt with the authorities in a calm and dignified manner. The team were all very fond of my friend and it was good to know they really cared for her and I can't thank them enough.
Many thanks for taking the time to write this review and for your kind words. I will be sure to pass this onto the team. Much appreciated.
My friend whose parents live in Llandudno, I recommended Seashells to her and Seashells are providing care for her Dad in particular.
Many thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback. Much appreciated.
She has daily help with personal care and dressing.
Many thanks for taking the time to write a review. Very much appreciated.
Seashells are a very reliable care provider company. Their staff are all professional and good at what they do. I feel confident that my mother's wellbeing is their priority and I know she enjoys their visits.
Thank you for taking the time to review. l will ensure to pass your feedback on.
This is the first time my father has needed carers and we were worried about how he would accept care. However, the initial assessment was done in a very thorough and professional manner with due regard to his severe deafness which can make communication a challenge. The subsequent care package is working well for him and we feel that he is well cared for and likes his carers. He has had regular carers and this has helped with continuity of care. The carers are great at spotting changes in his health and wellbeing and the level of communication has been exemplary. We are very happy with this company.
Thank you for your feedback, Lynn. I appreciate you taking the time.
Absolutely shocking! Do not go with this company. They don't cook food properly, don't clean properly, argue with clients and turn up as and when they please. Then when you contact them or complain they cut off your care package instead of trying to work together for a peaceful and productive outcome. Very unprofessional.
In response to your review. There are times when we must hand packages back. This is due to us not being able to meet the needs of the client or if the client or family member is verbally aggressive to staff or management. We would in the first instance report this to the social worker to try and...
The carers are so kind to her, and she always looks forward to their visits. They are punctual, professional and even look after her cat.
We really are so thankful for all they do and can’t recommend them highly enough.
Many thanks for your kind and rewarding feedback. Will pass it on to the team.
I cannot speak highly enough of the carers who have visited my wife. They are friendly, kind, understanding and always trying to put the client at ease. I have been most impressed by their professionalism coupled with their caring reassurance and offers to go the extra mile to help. First-class.
Thank you, Peter, for taking the time to write this review. I will pass the compliment onto our team.
