Very pleased with the service I received and also the carers.
SERVE have looked after my mother very well, even calling out an ambulance and staying with my mother to reassure her until it arrived. SERVE always contact me if they have any concerns about mum's health and staff are always kind, helpful and professional.
Our regular care assistant we cannot fault in any way, efficient, friendly and trustworthy. If we have any downsides, it is that some of our replacements have not been as good, however, we are grateful for any help we may get. Overall, very happy.
I like to have the same person to come each week.
In my view, the service is very satisfactory. The staff are invariably good and excellent. I personally look forward to the weekly visits and help given to me. The 'atmosphere' is always friendly and helpful, so definitely 'value for money'. Staff and management always helpful, with good information every week as to who is coming, time, dates, etc.
Overall an excellent service. All members of staff/carers are polite and very helpful.
Excellent service 100%.
When my disability worsened during late 2018 I was recommended to contact SERVE and I cannot speak too highly of their services, facilities and the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. They go out of their way to be of assistance and have been most helpful in providing advice and mobility items. Thank you very much.
Some carers are better than others.
Very pleased with the punctuality of carer and all services offered from Serve. They have been invaluable since I have had a hip replacement (daughter) and we will continue to use this service as it also gives mum a fresh face each week into her home.
The lady who cleans for me does an excellent job and will willingly help with any small task I ask for help with. I don't want to change her.
Serve also does transport for myself and my husband for hospital or medical visits. The drivers are all helpful.
I have been a service user of this agency since June 2015. I can honestly say that I could not be better cared for. All my carers are friendly, cheerful and very kind people who look after my every need. We have established a comfortable routine which if it ever needs to change due to appointments etc. it is never a problem for them. I can't speak highly enough of this agency and all its staff.
I am very pleased with all aspects of my care.
