Homecarers is a home care company which specialises in helping people who live in their own homes to remain as independent as possible.

With its three offices located in Chester, Winsford and Liverpool, it isn't only one of the largest independent care providers, but also have the facilities and a network of support workers that are able to provide over 5000 hours of care a week throughout Cheshire. Working with its values of Care & Compassion, Trust and Service, it’s a guarantee which ensures that clients receive personable care, whilst maintaining the highest level of standards.

With a team of over 400 support workers, they prioritise in making sure each person is not just right for the job, but also 100% in-line with Homecarers' values.

The great team is provided with extensive and regular training, and annual assessment from the CQC – both to maintain and enhance standards.

My experience with Starcare has been very good. There have been times where I have not been happy with certain carers and decisions that have been made for me, instead of me being involved, even though I can speak for myself.
