A standard travel contribution of £3.50 is applied per visit, charged separately from the care fees.

Tasks need to be completed fully and with care.
Nothing was to much trouble, the carers were like family and the office staff were always ready to help. They provided both porsion care, meal prep and help with medication. My mom felt safe and was treated with dignity and respect at all times.

I can highly recommend this home care service from the ladies I deal with on a regular basis in the office to the lovely care people that we have met.
Nothing is too much trouble and they accommodate difficult needs when needed and are always there if you call them.
The care staff we have met have been professional and kind and very supportive and they also try to keep the same carers so that my mom can build a rapport with them which is really nice.
I would highly recommend.

My mom who has arthritis and dementia is taken out mid week when family isn't able to so she is getting contact with the outside world. She loves her garden so is taken to a local nursery where she sees the plants and has lunch and does some people watching. She comes home and happily tells the doorbell camera she's home and had a lovely time.
It is especially lovely to hear that she comes home happy and eager to share her day. We will be sure to pass your kind comments on to the team.
They are very attentive and respectful making the process of adjusting to care in the home very easy.
We get daily communication to discuss any issues or queries. Most importantly my grandad likes the team then make him feel at ease and allows him to remain living at home with dignity.
