I joined The Beeches in October 2025 after being let down by the previous care company I used. The first person I spoke to was Alexis who was so helpful and Karen came out a few days later to find out what I required. Since then I've had fantastic assistance from you and I have amazing carers who just understand my needs. The Beeches helped me when my private carer broke her wrist on holiday. Karen was amazing and covered the shifts In an emergency situation you all pitched in and made sure I had no breaks in my care. Nothing is too difficult for them to make sure I'm looked after. Thank goodness I found The Beeches

Beeches have provided kind and reliable care for my 94 year old mum for the last 5 years. Providing help daily with personal care, medicine and meal prep. This has allowed mum to stay at home as her physical health has declined due to her age. We have found them to be reliable and compassionate towards mums ongoing needs giving the family peace of mind . This has allowed mum to retain some independence and to stay at home as long as she could . Mum has now needed to progress to full time residential nursing care but we are thankful for the care provided by the Beeches care team during mums time with them .
