Everyone has worked hard to support my mum. Staff are honest, compassionate and caring in their roles and have been dependable and consistent. We have valued their help and this has extended to listening to myself and my brother, who have often struggled seeing our mum's health and wellbeing deteriorating.
I would recommend this Agency to anyone who needs care in their own home. Without the support that the team at TLC provided we would have struggled to care for our mam properly at home. We want to pass on our appreciation and thanks for the ongoing support you have all provided to us as a family. Without your ongoing care we would not have managed. We are grateful and wanted to let you all know how much easier you made it for us and how we felt confident knowing we had you looking after our mam.
