Total Living Care is a well established and highly regarded care agency focused on clients in Ross on Wye and the surrounding area.

TLC provides domiciliary care (regular short visits) and live-in care (full-time, round the clock care). The total home care services cover all aspects of social care. TLC provides care to private clients and is proud to be selected to provide home care services to Herefordshire Council and Merton House Holiday Hotel.

Initial care assessments are carried out by a Registered General Nurse to ensure that the service is tailored to the needs of every client. Carers all undergo DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checks and undergo training and supervision throughout their employment.

TLC has a happy and well-trained workforce ensuring consistency of care for all clients.

The TLC Live-in Care service has been operating since 1998 and has delivered care that has transformed the lives of clients and their families.

I found the carers to be friendly, helpful and polite on a daily basis. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always willing to help. I must admit, though, to being a little surprised as to the lack of many with regard to the simplest of cooking skills!! (I should add I never asked for anything
difficult!)

My mother has been receiving care visits, following her discharge from hospital with a fast-track end-of-life care package. I cannot express enough how grateful we are for the exceptional service they have provided during this incredibly difficult time. From the very beginning, the management worked
swiftly to ensure my mother could come home, which has made such a positive difference in her comfort. The carers themselves are absolutely wonderful. They are incredibly compassionate, respectful, and attentive to my mother's needs, always ensuring she is comfortable, well-cared for, and has everything she needs. They approach their work with kindness and professionalism, which has brought us great relief. I also appreciate the app provided by the agency, which, since I don't live with my mother, allows me to stay updated on each visit. The quality of care, combined with excellent communication has made this challenging time much easier to navigate.

Excellent care agency. Management is very accommodating if time changes re: visits of carers are requested re: appointments. Cares are always polite and meet Mum's needs with dignity and their sense of humour is exceptional. They really do go above and beyond the call of duty.

I have found all the carers coming to help with my husband very good. It would be nice if I heard from the office more as sometimes I don't know which carers are coming, but having said that, when I ring them, they are very helpful. No problems.
