My carers are excellent with me, they are kind compassionate also gentle. They see to my needs and nothing is too much trouble and they are understanding when I need to change things due to mine or husbands needs or appointments. I would recommend Prime Care and Domestic Services.

Overall Experience

The carers who come to help mum are friendly, caring and patient. Like any other personal caring service, some are outstanding in the care they give.

Sometimes there are delays, sometimes things aren't done as we'd like, but there are reasons for the delays and they do take on board what we ask them to do.

Prime Care and Domestic Services have been absolutely wonderful in supporting my mum. The team is always kind, patient, and genuinely caring, and they treat her with real dignity and respect. Overall Experience
Generally carers are nice & friendly which puts my fears at ease. They take into account my caring needs. Some are exceptional in their caring profession.
Sometimes held up by really heavy traffic. I live on a busy main rd. Mainly at lunch times.
I take my own medication, but they are reliable and get my correct replacements for me as a rule.
They also do my washing , change my bedding regularly and set correct levels. To make sure my items are safe and won't be damaged
They respect certain areas of my privacy too.

I hate Government making me pay when paid my taxes and insurance all my life.

Overall Experience

Service runs very well for my wife,as long as we have regular carers coming everyday it works quite well, seeing the same faces everyday makes a big difference for the patient. They get to know the individual and have a friendship.

Overall Experience

We have been customers of PrimeCare since the beginning and before. When it was known as a different name, they cared for our elderly mother-in-law then they have been caring for the two of us. When they changed name, we followed them because we are very, very happy with them. Kindness, efficiency, stress-free, trustworthy, reliable, helpful. They tick all the boxes. I have no idea of how we would be without them. I write this review without prompting but with gratitude. Thank You, PrimeCare and carry on! You deserve to be commanded 100%.

Overall Experience

I can honestly say the team at Willows have been so supportive towards my mum, nothing was too much trouble to help support my mum in her own home, I often rang to cancel visits when I was staying over, but it was not a problem, her carer was fantastic, so caring, lovely lady, built up a fabulous rapport, she even came to Mum's funeral, and laid beautiful flowers. Overworked team, but I only have praise, unlike a previous company which was overpriced. Many thanks for helping my mum.

Overall Experience
The carers are all so kind and do a great job. I was unable to get to my mum because of isolation with Covid. My mum got in a state and I called the office, the lady knew my mum and she dropped everything and went round and was there within, I think, 5 minutes! I could not thank them enough. She called while she was there sorting all the problems out, what a relief this was for me. I really cannot praise all the staff enough.

Tracy Storrs is the Nominated Individual and General Manager for Prime Care & Domestic Services Ltd and brings over 23 years of experience within the organisation. Tracy has been a dedicated and valued member of the team throughout this time and has developed extensive knowledge of the domiciliary care sector, service delivery, and regulatory requirements.

Tracy holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care, demonstrating her commitment to high standards of care, strong leadership, and continuous professional development.

Throughout her career, Tracy has played a key role in the day-to-day management and operational oversight of the service, ensuring that care and support are delivered safely, effectively and in line with CQC Fundamental Standards. She works closely with the Registered Manager, staff team, service users, families and external professionals to maintain high-quality, person-centred care.

With her long-standing experience within the company, Tracy has built strong relationships with staff, service users and partner organisations, helping to maintain continuity, stability and a compassionate approach to care delivery.

In her role as Nominated Individual, Tracy is responsible for overseeing the organisation’s compliance with regulatory requirements, ensuring robust governance systems are in place, and supporting the service to continually improve in line with CQC expectations and best practice.

In her spare time, Tracy enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, as well as keeping active by going to the gym, helping her maintain a healthy work–life balance.

As the Director of Prime Care & Domestic, I bring over 30 years of experience in the care industry, with a deep commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate home care. Throughout my career, I have been passionate about supporting people to remain safe, comfortable and independent in their own homes while receiving the dignity and respect they deserve.

I strongly believe that excellent care is built on trust, kindness, professionalism and understanding. My focus is on ensuring that every client receives personalised, person-centred support tailored to their individual needs. I work closely with my team to maintain the highest standards of care so that families have complete peace of mind knowing their loved ones are in safe and caring hands.

Creating a supportive and positive environment is very important to me, both for our clients and our staff. On a personal level, I am friendly, approachable and dedicated to making a real difference in people’s lives. I also love animals and have two dogs who occasionally join me in the office, helping to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

My goal is to build a service that families can truly trust — one that treats every person with respect, compassion and the highest standard of care.
