They offer a flexible service which enables customers to live full, independent, interesting lives and still stay within the comfort of their own home.

The service is unique in offering a person-centred approach to delivering homecare service, tailored to the needs of service users. A service which offers hourly care, companionship support, to full-time live-in care services.

The team aim to provide you with the same standard of care that they would expect for their own families.

Care at home usually involve daily or weekly visits, including overnight care and live-in care. Dedicated care workers are happy to provide short-term or long-term home care support.

The team will tailor-make your care plan for you, taking into account your needs and wishes throughout the care assessment and delivery of service.

Services includes:
- Helping with getting up or going to bed
- Overnight care

- Social outing trips, medical appointments
- Light domestic work

All Care staff are DBS checked and qualified to level 2 and above. The agency continually trains and develops its care staff to ensure that they are fully up to date with modern methods and techniques, but at the same time being mindful that customer satisfaction is vital in the delivery of quality care service.

My grandmother started receiving the services of Francis care home in August 2023. We have received a smooth sailing service and are delighted to have such a relationship between client and carers. The carers come in and get straight to the point, willing to assist my grandmother in any emotion or situation
that they enter upon. We have had such services provided by the manager and the team.

Overall very happy with the service provided. My mother seems very happy and there is a lot more cleanliness around the flat. At least she now has a bath every other day and clean clothes as well.

Carer is providing productive, good service e.g making my husband to do his physio activity, in a very professional but friendly manner.
Also, the other services such as feeding, changing and making the bed are all high standard.
