My grandmother started receiving the services of Francis care home in August 2023. We have received a smooth sailing service and are delighted to have such a relationship between client and carers. The carers come in and get straight to the point, willing to assist my grandmother in any emotion or situation that they enter upon. We have had such services provided by the manager and the team.
We are happy with the services provided by Francis Care. Always on time.
Overall very happy with the service provided. My mother seems very happy and there is a lot more cleanliness around the flat. At least she now has a bath every other day and clean clothes as well.
I am happy with staff.
Also, the other services such as feeding, changing and making the bed are all high standard.
Very good, honest, on time, very reliable.

Above my professional qualifications, I am a people person. I am committed to ensuring people are always happy and content, I am friendly and approachable with a love of classical music, cooking, socialising, and Pilates. I enjoy catching up on current affairs, having good conversations and forging a good rapport with our service users and their families.
