Not one to leave reviews but we're so happy with TLC, they've been fantastic with my dad, he's built great relationships with his carers, his face lights up when he talks about them. It's great to have peace of mind he's not on his own and is being well looked after.

My dad passed away recently and I can't thank TLC enough for all the support they gave him and the family. From the first meeting though to the condolence card they sent to us they really showed us how much they cared. His carers were so kind and professional, we could not have asked for a better team to look after him.

TLC has been looking after my dad for the past 2 years. Their care and support has been amazing and my dad is really happy with his carers. The office staff are always easy to reach and respond quickly to any issues. Thank you TLC.

The carers at TLC Bolton gave a truely first class service, they never let my Dad down and offered so much reassurance to my mum. The carers went above and beyond expectations, the kindness and support they have offered has been truely amazing. Dealing with administration at TLC has been very straight forward. Any requests or concerns are dealt with, with speed and efficiency. Nothing is too much trouble for TLC. Couldn't recommend enough!

The Local Care Company have been amazing in supporting my nan towards the end of her life. The carers that come in are more like family and treat her with the dignity and care she deserves as she approaches her final days. TLC have eased the burden on my family and I will be forever grateful for the compassion and support they have given to my nan. Thank you.

The care the staff have shown to my mum has been exceptional. Mum's needs have changed going from one visit per day to now four visits and The Local Care Company have been there to help guide us so that we access the help that ensures Mum can stay in her own home, safe and well cared for. From the girls who are office-based to the team who care for Mum on a daily basis, we don't know how we would cope without their experience and never-ending support. They work together to ensure the best care of the highest quality is given on every visit. My mum is treated as if she was a family member and that is one of their best qualities, the very personal touches in all that they do. Mum fell on the floor, an ambulance was called and one of the staff members led on the floor with Mum until the ambulance arrived so that Mum didn't feel scared as she couldn't move. What an exceptional and caring individual! We can never say enough to express our gratitude to all at TLC who continue to care for Mum, having her best interests at heart.

I would highly recommend this company. The carers were fantastic, often going the extra mile to help, the family was touched when 3 of the carers and someone from the office came to the funeral.

We had The Local Care Company for 5 weeks before my husband of 51 years passed, he had dementia and other health conditions that made looking after him very hard work at times. The care and support we received was excellent from start to finish, from the first phone call we felt a warmth and willingness to help that went beyond what we expected. Having that help towards the end was priceless, a senior carer even came to the funeral. Thank you The Local Care Company I miss you all.

So good to see the difference The Local Care Company has made to my auntie's life, she has been much more like her old self. They are usually on time and let us know when they are running late and best of all they actually respond to us and try to change things when we need them to, much much better than the last company.

The Local Care Company have been great with my wife. We struggled for so long and they have made life so much easier. All the carers are great but there are two that we absolutely love. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I am very pleased with the service I receive. I like the carers and I am glad there are only a few on rotation. It makes it less embarrassing than keep having different carers to get used to. They are very caring and professional and go out of their way to help.

The current care provided is really good. The current carer is extremely good and has personal experience with regards to her own mother having dementia, therefore her knowledge is exceptional. The current carer is patient with my mother and my mother really likes her. We have had difficulties with the previous care and therefore, I and my mother are extremely delighted with the current carer.

On the whole, the girls are friendly and nice and very helpful. We could not manage without them. My wife has been receiving care for over 11.5 years and we have had three care companies in that time. This company has been the best. During that time, we must have had nearly 100 people since my wife had a stroke.

The care my mum receives has been great from The Local Care Company. The staff are well trained and work to an amazing standard. The best care my mum has received from a care company.
