A dreadful experience - being stripped off and left naked at 7 am with no dignity. Booked for an hour and stayed for 10/15 minutes. Washing was virtually nonexistent. In three long weeks no washing of neck, back, feet and certainly not intimate washing, deodorant underarms but armpits not washed. Having complained some more washing of parts otherwise ignored took place, but then the bed was soaked not even a towel placed beneath the part being washed. If the nightdress not changed, then washed under it and left soaking wet. Washed from the back through to the front. Sheets not changed.

The bed was left in disarray and all crumpled causing bedsores, sheets half on the floor. The catheter bag was not emptied first thing in the morning (photos taken). Having informed the carer on her next visit she shouted and swore and walked out leaving the catheter still full. Her colleague said she would go and get gloves and come back and empty the catheter bag but instead, they drove off all, witnessed by Occupational Therapist.

Words cannot express the gratitude me and my father have. Not only did they look after my mum but supported my dad and me. The staff are diamonds. We will always be grateful for their love and support through this difficult time. Your staff are amazing. Thank you to all.

I would like to thank all the staff who came and cared for my Grandmother in her home. My grandmother was sent home for end of life care and the staff were fantastic my grandmother adored them all and we as a family are forever thank full for their help and the care they showed not only to my grandmother but to us as a family.
