The care staff and the management team have been considerate and listen to your needs in helping to fulfil specific requirements of their client. In terms of punctuality, he never hesitates to work for longer hours than expected from him, when needed.
Finances and value for money are not applicable as my husband is under NHS palliative care. However, I do believe that agencies are significantly profiting at the expense of carers.
