Our carer is remarkable, efficient, reliable and compassionate. He treats my husband like a member of his own family. In terms of punctuality, he never hesitates to work for longer hours than expected from him, when needed.
Finances and value for money are not applicable as my husband is under NHS palliative care. However, I do believe that agencies are significantly profiting at the expense of carers.
