As I live about seventy-five miles from my aunt, I found it helpful that I could monitor what was happening by using the Nourish website. Overall, I only gave Peace of Mind four stars because, occasionally, their administration could have been better. For example, I asked the same question in three separate emails, but didn't get an answer; the promised note of a review meeting, recording key decisions, was not received; and I was asked to pay invoices I'd already paid. In summary, the day-to-day care of my aunt was excellent and this was by far the most important thing.
From the office staff through to carers I cannot fault the service and professionalism that is given to my mother, they treat her with the utmost dignity and patience, always eager to go above and beyond what is normal - as a daughter I can rest easy knowing that my mother is cared for and I never have to worry in regards to her welfare. 'Peace of mind' really do give our family "peace of mind" - as a care agency they really are a cut above the rest.
Thank you for your review. I'm so glad to see the service is meeting Mum's needs whilst providing you and your family reassurance.
I can not recommend them highly enough. The support and care given to the service user whilst maintaining their dignity is apparent in everything they do.
The support that they offer, however, is also available to the family of the service user where they always listen and provide meaningful advice.
Without this professional team and their support my father would have not been able to stay in his own home which is very important to him.
They are unwaveringly professional whilst being warm, friendly, empathetic and caring. I truly feel that my dad is in safe hands with them, and that is a huge weight off my mind.
I cannot speak highly enough of them.
Thank you for your feedback. We are so pleased to hear the package is working well. We understand supporting an individual with care needs affects not only the person supported but their wider family too, and ensuring our service supports everyone involved is of the highest importance.
We have recently transferred my mother's care to Peace of Mind and the change in her is incredible. She's bright, focused, her speech has improved and she is always clean! I can't recommend them highly enough. This is the type of care you would like to hope your family would receive, but sadly many do not.
Thank you for your feedback, it is so important to us that we are delivering a service which is person-focused and improving quality of life.
Since changing to Peace of Mind Home Support, that is what we totally have! The carers are so good and have a really lovely way with mum in law, communication with the family is brilliant and we love the app which means we can log in at any time and see how she is. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable care company for their relative.
Thank you for your feedback. Ensuring the service we provide is of the highest standard is so important to us.
From the first contact with the care provider, we found them very helpful and understanding of the care that was required for my mother-in-law. The carers that visit are very compassionate and professional and nothing is too much trouble for them. My mother-in-law is very happy with the care she receives and loves chatting to her carers.
Thank you for your feedback. It is of the upmost importance the service we deliver is effective and professional.
Every member of staff who we have been in contact with, either as a carer or manager, has been not only professional but also kind, caring and considerate. Nothing is too much trouble and there have been many times when staff have gone above and beyond to provide the best care for my dad.
Dad's physical needs, as well as his mental health needs, are their priority and these needs are always met with genuine kindness and professionalism, allowing Dad to retain his dignity.
I feel we are incredibly lucky to have Peace of Mind looking after my dad and neither he nor I would consider any other care provider.
I am so pleased that Peace of Mind were able to look after my father in his final months and days. All of the ladies that came were so wonderful. They were gentle, very professional and always arrived with a wonderful smile. They have his needs forefront and always put him first. They helped him right up to the end and also, Peace of Mind were superb advocates for my father in helping him obtain the equipment and medication his condition required. Thank you Peace of Mind. Job done.
My mother and I are lucky and the best thing is my mother is very happy. Also I am lucky that the management staff are very kind and thoughtful.

I am extremely happy with this company. The carers are carefully selected by the managed office staff and are of a very high standard. The carers are of a very high standard, well trained and very helpful, kind and their care is of a very high standard. From my experience, I have found if I am not well or they feel something is not right, they will always report it back to their office.

Our experience of using Peace of Mind Home Support for our mother for over a year now has been everything we were promised. We have peace of mind since our mother's basic needs were not met by other companies. We would recommend this care provider to anyone 100%. They are all genuine, warm, reliable, lovely and caring team. We wouldn't need any other company for our mum.

I love working with Peace of Mind Homecare agency because I live in supported living and they have really helped me settle down and become more confident. This is helped by knowing which staff I am to be supported by every week, with the aid of an emailed rota. Also, I know I can ring the office or on call anytime with questions relating to my care.
Thank you for all you do for me Peace of Mind.
Thank you for the excellent review, your feedback is important to us. We really appreciate the time you have used to write this.
