Everyone was always most attentive to my aunt's needs and very helpful to me with any queries I might have. They went out of their way to not only provide the care she needed but to support her with her emotional and mental needs too. Overall, exceptional service was always provided.
My wife had 2 periods of care with Advanced Care, the first was given by a total of about 16 different girls, all of them were extremely good. The later period of care, up to her death, was mainly given by 2 girls, both of whom showed professionalism and compassion in their duties. I cannot fault the carers or their organisation in any way.
Advanced Care has been faultless in the initial assessment and subsequent support and care of my mother. I cannot praise them highly enough. Nothing appears to be too much trouble, and they go above and beyond their remit, for example voluntarily getting shopping for essential items that my mother ran out of and facilitating delivery and storage of a large shopping order. They have approached my mother's condition (Alzheimer's) with great sensitivity, patience and kindness. I would have no hesitation in recommending Advanced Care.

Meet the Team (5)
Louise started her career in care at Coventry City Council thirty years ago. She started by regularly visiting homes and providing assistance to service users as a Community Care Worker.
Whilst working out in the district, Louise completed her vocational, supervisory and management training and gained invaluable experience and a dedication to making the provision of home support a life-affirming experience for service users and realising the satisfaction of knowing she had made a positive difference to someone’s health and wellbeing.
The same work ethic is apparent today. Louise’s career with Coventry City Council progressed to various job roles at a managerial level. Louise left Coventry City Council after 13 years and pursued an entrepreneurial approach of owning her own care company.
Louise established Advanced Care in 1999. Over the past 17 years, Louise and the rest of the dedicated Advanced Care team have built on a foundation which has seen the business flourish. Advanced Care has been at the heart of the home support service industry in Coventry and has managed to build a valuable client base throughout the city.
Louise is based at Advanced Care’s city-centre office and makes all executive decisions but is still hands-on and with the support of her team, visits new service users to introduce herself explain the process of home support and complete assessment to minimise risks to the service user and community support workers ensuring the home support service is safe and meets the individual needs of the service.
Sue joined Advanced Care in 1999 and since then has provided support and assistance to our service users. Sue completed an NVQ 4 in management and oversees all aspects of the day to day administration of Advanced Care.
Zoe has been with Advanced Care team for 18 years and in that time has become a valued member of the team. Zoe deals with general enquiries and is instrumental in coordinating staff’s weekly allocated work. Zoe’s IT knowledge has proved invaluable in daily administration tasks.
Evelyn has brought a wide range of knowledge from Housing with Care having worked for Coventry City Council for 25 years. Eve is a respected member of Advanced Care dealing with customer enquiries.
Faye is the newest member of the Advanced Care team. Supporting the administration team. Faye has a wealth of experience, client liaison, customer service and general clerical duties.
