Very reliable service they listen to what needs you have and match you well with carers so you can trust and build a relationship with them which I feel is so important. I feel very safe and looked after very well.

Excellent service provided for mother in law. Girls are polite and very helpful always. They provide company on a daily basis.

the office and management team co-ordinate the team well with Adult social care so any extra support to the regular daily calls required the team can't do enough to help and provide that extra care and support you can rely on.

The carers that look after me are wonderful and lift my day. I would be lost without them so thank you. The new app is proving very difficult to use as I can see past carers that have been here but not able to see is here in the future week. So if my regular carer is off ie on holiday its not useful.

Advanced care have been caring for my mother for over 2 years. Their carers are very attentive and genuinely caring. The management team offer great support to families and give advice where needed. I trust them implicitly with the health and wellbeing of my mother and I know she is in safe hands. Mum has multiple and very complex issues which change week to week but A.C. adapt. My mother struggles to communicate but I know she is very happy with the care she receives and if ever in hospital can't wait to return and be attended to by Advanced care. Being a 1st time user I have nothing to compare with but I have found this company, Advanced Care, its mangement and visiting carers 1st class. Notevery carer is excellent but most are, and render a personal service to be proud of. Thank you.

We are thrilled with the service from Advanced Care, looking after my husband daily. Each day there is a friendly and professional member of the Advanced Care team ready to help our needs and more. They always go above and beyond, exceeding our expectations with the service. They feel like an extension of our family who live a distance away, so we rely on Advanced Care for our daily support.

Everyone was always most attentive to my aunt's needs and very helpful to me with any queries I might have. They went out of their way to not only provide the care she needed but to support her with her emotional and mental needs too. Overall, exceptional service was always provided.

My wife had 2 periods of care with Advanced Care, the first was given by a total of about 16 different girls, all of them were extremely good. The later period of care, up to her death, was mainly given by 2 girls, both of whom showed professionalism and compassion in their duties. I cannot fault the carers or their organisation in any way.

Advanced Care has been faultless in the initial assessment and subsequent support and care of my mother. I cannot praise them highly enough. Nothing appears to be too much trouble, and they go above and beyond their remit, for example voluntarily getting shopping for essential items that my mother ran out of and facilitating delivery and storage of a large shopping order. They have approached my mother's condition (Alzheimer's) with great sensitivity, patience and kindness. I would have no hesitation in recommending Advanced Care.
