R 4 R Home Care Service

R 4 R has always worked well to provide the best possible service and care for my son, in very challenging circumstances. They have managed to cater for my son's needs and adjust to changing medical needs as they arise. They also provide companionship and understanding. They are very hands-on and active in the care they provide.

I was fortunate to employ R4R Home Care Service to care for my 97-year-old Father. From the beginning of initially meeting the manager, I felt confident and comfortable that he would take the very best care of my Dad. My Dad, with his dementia, was suspicious of visitors so I introduced him as my friend. This could be carried off because he was the carer who attended every session with my Dad so my Dad got used to him very quickly. It is very rare in this day to get the same carer all the time and for me this made it perfect. He was just absolutely brilliant with my Dad and my Dad viewed him as his friend and looked forward to his visits. The care plan was so brilliant too as it enabled me to keep up to date with any issues and gave me something to look back on if I needed to. The carer was the one who found my Dad on the floor and called the ambulance before I could get there so this was life-saving for me. I will always be indebted to the carer and the Care Agency.

They have excellent and professionally trained staff who are compassionate and willing to help the clients. They have a great management team that is always available and lets you know if any changes have been made in regard to the calls. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for home care services or any kind of support services. Kudos to you the great team making this possible.

Clients are supported by competent staff as per care plan. Punctuality is observed at all times. Good communication and coordination of staff and management in order to provide high-quality support for the clients. Materials and training are provided to facilitate better results.
