I am the client's wife and his power of attorney. The care he receives is second to none. My husband's carers have looked after him for years. They know him very well and are able to interpret his non-verbal gestures and demeanour. They are vigilant to his skin integrity and will report to me any skin blemishes and bowel activity. There are many more skills the carers possess that I haven't got room to write.
