Staff were friendly, competent and always ready to be flexible. They handled what were sometimes difficult situations with tact and firmness and were professional at all times.
Very much appreciate the feedback., and your comments will be passed on to the care team.
I used to have carers early about 9:30, but now it is any time between 10:30 and twelve to it is too late to go out. The younger ones don't know how to cook eggs and bacon, wash pots, cutlery, plus more. I have had cold food, swearing, and bad language. Had my puppies shout and swear at by carers. Shopping could be better. I prefer the older carers, not children.
This lady only has 3 evening calls a week and one cleaning and one shopping call per week. So unsure about the comments.
Overall, the service is quite good, but I wish the carers could do more to prepare food. Some of them can't do the simplest of things.
I am extremely pleased with the service and care in dealing with my husband during and following a terrible infection. He has Parkinson's, nighttime incontinence and Lewy body dementia and at the moment no mobility. The carers approach and friendliness towards my husband is absolutely 100 % , no 2 days are really the same with this condition and they deal with this daily in an extremely professional way. They get him up every morning and deal with all the conditions and return and night and safely put him to bed . I would highly recommend Harmony as I am very pleased with the services.
Thank you for your comments, they are very much appreciated.
