Over all time PRC Outreach has 1 review.
Upon my first visit I enjoyed an excellent light lunch, which was very tasty and very economically priced. The building is well maintained, clean and orderly. I was very impressed with all staff who are dedicated, hard working, friendly and supportive. The manager is very nice, has a warm manner and is very approachable indeed. The atmosphere is very relaxed, informal and there is a fantastic community spirit. I would highly recommend the service and would encourage the government to get on board and help them raise funds for further improvements. Such hard workers for a very worthwhile service.
