We urgently needed night sitting cover for my father who was discharged from hospital requiring palliative care. CSPC quickly provided this for us. The member of staff who came to us was experienced, reliable, respectful and kind when looking after my father. We were very happy with the service which was also reasonably priced.
Needed a short term care company and CPSC was the one. This company is brilliant, the customer is the priority, and the staff are all obliging and treat the customer with dignity and respect. Have been very satisfied and would recommend this company.
Since discharge from hospital, my mother-in-law has continued to suffer bouts of extreme bad health. The care team at CSPC have been so supportive on many occasions, staying with her beyond allocated times to deal with many different health issues and their repercussions. They always contact me to let me know if there are any problems but always deal with the tasks in hand in both a professional and caring manner. Nothing is too much trouble. Mother-in-law has received excellent care from CSPC for a number of years now and overall we have nothing but praise for them. If a problem is encountered it is resolved quickly and efficiently by the management team. I would highly recommend CSPC to anyone requiring a high standard of home care.
In August this year I have had to increase the number of cares significantly due to my mother's dementia worsening.
I rang at 11am with my request and the extra care started at 2pm that day - a seamless transition from 1 to 3 care visits a day.
Well done CSPC Healthcare - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone requiring home care.
