However, there are times when the service can feel inconsistent. Staff changes and occasional scheduling issues can make it difficult to build a strong routine or relationship with the same carers. Communication between the office and clients could also be clearer at times, particularly when there are changes to visit times or staffing.
Despite these issues, the care provided generally meets mum's needs and most carers carry out their duties professionally. When things run smoothly, the service can be very supportive and helpful for mum who relies on assistance in her daily life.
Overall, the company provides a good level of care.
Thank you for taking the time to share such a balanced and thoughtful review. We're really pleased to hear that many of our carers have made a positive impression through their friendliness, patience, and genuine dedication to supporting your mum. It's encouraging to know that she feels comfortable...
Carry out all required activities. However the carers need to encourage my dad to have the cream on his legs daily and change his socks daily. He won't always ask if he needs other things done . No other concerns
Thank you for your feedback. We're really pleased to hear that all required activities are being carried out and that you have no other concerns.
We appreciate you highlighting the need for more encouragement around applying the cream to your dad's legs and changing his socks daily. We...
Any concerns have been dealt with so far and mum is happy and well looked after, which is my main concern.
Hi, thank you for your time to provide us with a good review. We are glad to hear that you are happy with our service.
Having used another care provider in the past I have come to realise that Supreme Care are far superior. All the carers are really lovely with my dad, very respectful and caring towards him. He is very dependent on their help as he is bed bound and unable to do anything for himself . They reassure him when he's feeling low and tend to all his needs while keeping his dignity intact. The reassurance that dads being looked after properly in his own home is a great comfort to us as a family as he spent months in hospital and doesn't ever want to go back there. I'm so glad we found this company!
Thankyou Carol for your kind words. We are so pleased to hear how happy you are with our company.
The short time we used supreme home care, we couldn't fault them , the carers were all extremely professional , kind and caring towards us all as a family and nothing was too much trouble for them and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them
thank you Charlotte for your time to complete a good review for us. We greatly appreciated your time.
Supreme Care are brilliant! They have listened to all my needs and accommodated them well. I have been able to build friendships with my regular carers and those I see less often too. There is nothing they wouldn't do to help me with daily living. I would be lost without their services.
Thank you for your time to complete a review for us. We are glad to hear that you are satisfied with our service.
The management is always keen for feedback and ensuring all my mother’s needs are met, at the same time, they provide guidance and advice with new challenges as my mother’s dementia progresses. I recommend them and their services highly.
Hi, thank you for your time to provide us with a good review. We are glad to hear that you are happy with our service.
The most important thing is that all the carers we have are good. They are capable, polite and friendly. The office administration is not so good. We get a weekly schedule listing the care times. But, probably for good reasons, there are always several changes. The problem is that we are rarely told about them. For some reason the system notifies carers about changes, but doesn't notify users. This means that carers can turn up an hour or so earlier or later than expected. Also, communicating with the office staff is often very hit and miss.
Hi and thank you for your time to complete the review. We are aware about the communication gap between the management and clients when there is a change. We are working hard to improve that and are also in talk with the software company, seeking the option to send notifications with changes as...
I'm very pleased with the carers that are provided. I feel that the communication between the admin staff and clients could be improved, particularly in relation to resolving queries raised. However, much better than my previous service.
Thank you, glad to hear that you are satisfied with the service.
We have used two other care agencies since my wife’s original accident and Supreme are definitely the best we’ve had.
Keep up the good work Supreme!
Thank you John for submitting a lovely review. We are very happy to hear that you are happy with our staff and service.
I have been using Supreme Care for a close family friend for over a year now. My friend has dementia and lives alone, as her dementia has progressed she has been needing extra support with daily routines and her medication. We have carers in twice a day, in the morning to give her her meds and prompt her to wash and dress and give her breakfast, the evening call is to give her meds and make sure she’s eaten. Also, they take the time to sit and talk to her which is really important as she’s on her own. The carers that come round (male and female) are lovely, it’s nice to know that she is being well cared for and she loves their company.
Thank you Paula for taking the time to complete a review. We are glad to hear that you and your friend are happy with our service.
I am very impressed with the care my mum-in-law has received. She has been very poorly and infirm and the carers have ensured her comfort and dignity during a difficult time. All the carers have been concerned for her and genuinely care. Thank you.
thank you very much for your kind words. Glad to hear that you were happy with the care received from our team.
We have used this care company for Mum's complicated care needs for a long time now. All of the carers, both male and female, are so kind, caring and gentle with Mum. We have used many well-known care companies over the years, and this one is definitely the best. They always go above and beyond and genuinely do care. They're so wonderful. Mums' mental health and well-being have come on leaps and bounds. And we know she is in the safest hands while we are at work. They always keep us informed if there are any concerns with Mum, which puts our minds at ease. Thank you all for being so wonderful; we really appreciate all your help and care. Your all angels.
Thank you for your kind words. Staff are working very hard to meet the needs of our service users. Glad to hear you are happy with our service.
Mum has been looked after by Supreme Home Care for the last few months. They have always been so professional, kind and very caring - we couldn't have coped without them. Mum really liked the ladies who came in to look after her, which was really reassuring for us as we all live a distance away. Thank you for everything you have done for Mum.
Thank you for your kind words. Hope mum is doing good and settling well. Convey our regards to Mum.
My father has a carer visit once a day to give him his medication, and of course, for some much-needed company. All of the ladies have been very friendly and willing to help do anything that is needed. The staff I have encountered work hard and are very busy but get on and do a good job.
Thank you for your valid feedback. Much appreciated.
I am very pleased with the care I receive from all the carers. They are thorough and conscientious and will go the extra mile to make sure I am comfortable and my needs have been met. They are pleasant and friendly, however, early or late it is.
Thank you, Hazel, for your valid feedback; much appreciated and will pass the message on to our staff.
