We cannot praise the carers who cared for my Dad David enough. They were kind, gentle, patient, attentive and cheery even when down wind of his actual mighty wind!

Your standards are so high as a business in care and in the NHS I super respect. Not everyone gives good feedback but genuinely in the case it's well deserved please pass on my gratitude and thanks.

Didn't know what to expect when this started. My friend was visited four times a day by the friendliest, most caring and competent people we could have wished for. It was a real comfort to him, and to us who stayed with him, whenever his new friends from Samfos arrived. All of those who came prioritised their friendliness towards him calling him by his name, joking with him and reassuring him throughout. Their service was outstanding, and played an important part in making Bill's last days comfortable, safe, reassured and happy. Thank you so much.

Great service. The staff were so caring and gentle with my mother. She had dementia and could sometimes be a bit awkward but they were so patient with her. She had a few other health problems as well and the care was brilliant. Thank you to all the staff who cared for her.

Great carers, very polite and can always make him smile. Never had no problems, very caring and helpful. Always let me know anything that I need too. Not a bad word to say about any of the carers or the company.

I used the services of Samfos following discharge from hospital after having knee surgery. I am normally the carer for my wife who suffers from Parkinson's disease but found I couldn't cope having to use crutches until the knee mobility improved. I am now able to care for my wife and reluctantly stopped the service. I cannot recommend Samfos' care highly enough, nothing was too much trouble for my regular carer who always greeted us with a smile and we will miss her regular visits.

Carers have been so friendly and accommodating and have been a massive help. Great communication. I never feel my grandma is not looked after well. She doesn't complain. The only thing I can give feedback on is the carers' behaviour around the house - they keep gloves on and touch things around the house after cleaning my grandma which is not hygienic. They should change the gloves. They slam the front door which my uncle has noticed and has now left a sign on the door. Small things like that. But overall my grandma is happy and we feel content when carers are with her.

My father-in-law and I are very happy with the service we have received from Samfos Care Agency. The Agency Manager is exceptional; always available to answer any queries and make essential adjustments to my father-in-law's package of care if his needs change (my father-in-law has variable health conditions) to maintain his safety and well-being. I have never before worked with such a responsive and conscientious agency. My father-in-law is fond of his regular carer and they have a good working relationship. At times, my father-in-law can speak abruptly to others, but his carer uses his experience of working with challenging customers to encourage and support my father-in-law kindly and effectively.

I would greatly recommend Samfos to anyone seeking a care agency.

Samfos treated my dad with respect dignity and continuity he needed. As a family, we felt heard as I chose to express at all times any part of the service I was dissatisfied with. Samfos resolved complaints and made it their duty to keep us and the client happy. I would recommend their overall services.

I would not recommend this service in the Barnsley area.

Excellent caring service provided by Samfos, they have been caring for Mom since October 2023 they care for her with dignity and compassion the also include and speak to my dad in conversations which makes his day easier, we are really happy with the carers that come they are all professional and efficient and treat mom with respect and kindness whilst doing a difficult job. I can’t praise them enough.

I needed care for a week while my friend was away. My two Samfos carers were prompt, efficient and friendly and they showed initiative in taking on tasks. They gave me confidence that they would do a good job and look after me. They also helped in cleaning the bed and changing it on the two occasions when I soiled it because of my paralysis. They were the best carers who have ever worked with me and I would be very happy to work with them and Samfos again. The booking system was likewise robust, friendly and efficient and we organised everything with a minimum of fuss.

Samfos Health cares for my father while I am at work. He has dementia. I am confident he is safe and well looked after in their care. I have always found staff to be reliable, punctual, polite and courteous.

The team actually have conversations with our uncle and treat him like a person rather than just a job. Well done to all of the staff.

The staff cared for our mum for 16 months till her recent passing. They were angels, caring, compassionate and professional. We could not have asked for better care for her, and these ladies made Mum's final months the absolute best they could have been. Our minds were at rest knowing when we couldn't be there, she was safe and being cared for and treated with the utmost dignity. Thank you so much to you all.
