- Good - The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.
- Requires Improvement - The service isn't performing as well as it should and we have told the service how it must improve.

Meet the Team (7)
Charlotte joined the office team as a Care Coordinator in 2013, responsible for organising her customers'/carers' weekly schedules – a fast-paced role which she enjoyed as it kept her on her toes whilst retaining contact with her favourite customers. After a brief spell with a local competitor, Charlotte is happy to be part of the Bluebird Care family again.
Since returning to Bluebird Care in Late 2019, Charlotte progressed to Deputy Manager before becoming Registered Manager in December 2022. Charlotte enjoys the new challenges in her role as Care Manager.
Charlotte is extremely passionate about delivering high-quality home care to people within the local community and is proud to be part of the Bluebird Care Sevenoaks team.
I’ve worked in care for over 30 years, starting in residential and nursing homes before moving into hospital and community roles. Supporting people to feel safe, valued and comfortable has always been at the heart of what I do. As Manager of Operations, I now lead and support our teams to deliver high-quality care. I focus on helping people grow in confidence while maintaining strong standards around safety and compliance. I’m proud to be part of Bluebird Care, where people are truly valued. For me, care has always been more than a job - it’s a lifelong commitment to supporting others.
I am excited to have joined Bluebird Care at the start of this year. I bring over 15 years of experience working with families in the education sector, along with a strong passion for care shaped by personal family experiences. I understand how important the right support is and look forward to using my experience to work closely with customers and their families, ensuring high-quality, individualised care. I am passionate about making people smile, and I believe my empathy and compassion help others feel valued and supported. The team here is incredibly friendly, and I am proud to be part of an organisation that makes a real difference.
I have extensive experience in the Care Sector, both in residential and in-home care. I’ve learned that basically “there’s no place like home” – and I love the fact that our work enables vulnerable people to delay – or avoid- the stress of uprooting their lives. My role is to ensure that the care that we arrange is centred around the needs of each customer and to coach and mentor the Care Assistants so that we deliver a high-quality service.
I joined Bluebird Care in 2017 as a Care Assistant, after being inspired by the Bluebird carers who looked after my Nan. I’m passionate about making a positive difference to the lives of our customers, and I love the smiles that I receive when I visit. My role is to ensure that new customers have a great experience when they join our service and that Care Assistants experience the high levels of support that I was lucky enough to have. This is important work, and I love it.
I have worked in the care sector for around 15 years, driven by a genuine desire to support others and make a positive difference. My experience spans a variety of roles, including time within the NHS, each contributing to my professional growth.
I joined Bluebird Care Sevenoaks five years ago and now proudly serve as a Care Coordinator, a role I find both inspiring and rewarding. Throughout my career, I have never felt more supported, valued, or aligned with a company’s values, and I am truly proud to be part of Bluebird Care
I began my Bluebird Care journey in 2018, having many years of care experience with other companies and progressed from Care Assistant to Mentor Carer, supporting new team members. I joined the Live-in leadership team in 2024. I’m passionate about providing flexible, personalised care while supporting both customers and carers, and now enjoy applying my training and experience to deliver excellent care and guidance.
