Nothing is to much trouble
Thank you so much
Dear Margaret, It is an absolute pleasure knowing you and having the opportunity to support you with your independence. Bringing joy to peoples lives is what we enjoy and why we do what we do.
My experience has been nothing but positive. The carers really help me and ask me what I need and also if I'm having a bad day they always listen and make me feel better. If I have any problems I know I can phone the staff and they sort it out for me.
Many thanks for your review, we aim to always brighten up your day and ensure you are kept safe at home.
Very pleased with the standard of care provided by Bluebird Care thus far. Particularly, Mum's main morning carer (Monday-Thursday). We had an issue with one of the weekend carers not arriving on time or attempting to engage in conversation with Mum. But this appears to be an exception of one individual, all other carers have been polite, professional and very courteous. Any interaction with the office staff has also been very friendly, helpful and professional.
Thank you for your feedback that you are pleased with our service. Our care team is always here to help to ensure our care remains at a high standard and our customers continue to be pleased and satisfied with our service.
I would highly recommend Bluebird Care agency. They provide a person centred care plan for my sister who has profound learning and physical disabilities and complex needs. Their ongoing support allows my sister to be cared for at home and attend daycare which she really enjoys and fulfils her need for routine/structure in her life. All carers treat my sister with respect and maintain her dignity at all times. Thank you, Bluebird.
Thank you very much for your kind feedback.
