A dedicated team for everything from around the clock live-in care, to supporting people living with Parkinson's, you can be confident that your family is able to get the most out of life. Besides companionship at home, City Care also ensure clients can get out into the village and be part of their community, not just have someone to do the weekly shopping with. The City Care team would also like to introduce the new Home Help service. Everything from hair & salon services, to physios and therapists, dog walkers and vets, even a personal trainer to help get those steps in, can be arranged! The HQ team will book local businesses that provide home visits, vetting services to ensure that only the most trusted, reliable and experienced companies are partnered with. Supporting local business, maximising access to any service clients could ever need, or find they miss if leaving the house ever becomes harder to do.
All service is tailored made and bespoke to the clients upon consultation and assessment, with a focus on decisive medical support from an excellent deputy manager, a community engagement team who can provide information on regular clubs or new places to visit, and carers local enough to you that they relish the chance to be there for their neighbours. Overall Experience
City Care Services Ltd have continued to care for my mum with great kindness & respect. Her dignity is never compromised & her wishes are taken into consideration. I'm grateful to City Care for liaising with mum's surgery about her healthcare needs & putting palliative care in place.
