I have been a client of Superior Care Group for nine years, they are a family-run company, which I really like because of the more personal touch, they really do try their absolute best to give me the care service I require, if there are problems, which are few and far between, I know I can ring them
and will be listened to and the problem will be dealt with, their carers are conscious, respectful, caring, willing, and friendly and do their upmost best for me, which is all you can ask for. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending this company.

My mother is easygoing and very relaxed with these caregivers, okay they sometimes skip a few things that are on her care plan, like the hair washing, putting up her hair and getting rid of unwanted body hair and light housework but giving her medication and personal care is very good, and are happy
to monitor her sugar levels and seizure alarm. She now lives alone except when me and my sisters go and stay there for a while to visit her. They've been very good at monitoring her health and unfortunately have had to send her to the hospital a few times, so happy to recommend to family and friends. Thank you you're a lovely team of carers, I know my mother wouldn't want another care company (well except maybe one or two at push-past companies. She gets attached and hates change). As you've shown her how supportive your company is at helping where needed, and a few always go the extra mile to make sure she's gone/had all the help she needs for the day.

I would like to say a big thank you to you and your team for looking after Mum. I will be paying any final bills this morning, and I just wanted you to know that we only left your company due to timings. The company put in place after your team were nowhere near as good as you. Mum has seriously deteriorated
and is now in a full-time care home. I want to give a special thanks to you personally for being patient as I always had to phone payments through despite the current technology and the carer Mum had a special bond with. There are some other individuals, but I don't remember all of their names. I wish you and your team the best of luck, and I would definitely recommend you.

My family used this service for our auntie. We could see that within the first week, she was extremely comfortable and was enjoying her time there. She was treated with respect, dignity and a lot of attention, according to her.

My grandad was a client of Superior Homecare Services Ltd for a long while; he was given 6-months to be with us, but since being in the caring hands of the staff at Superior, we had him with us for 12-months overall. I do feel Superior had a big part of this and can't thank them enough for what they
had done for my grandad.
Would defiantly recommend using this service.

This is my first experience of using carers for my parents, so I have nothing to compare, but we have been very happy with the care received. There have been one or two hiccups, but these have been easily sorted out. I have been impressed with the care given when I have been at my parents; the carers
flag any physical and health problems, communication is good, and the office staff are very helpful. I would happily recommend the company.

From the first call to Superior Homecare Services, they were welcoming and professional. I found the carers to be caring cheerful and always helpful. They always find the time for a chat and are all so very kind. I have only been using the services for a month or so, and I would thoroughly recommend
them.

My mother and stepfather have used Superior Homecare Services for about two years. Both were in their early 90s and gradually became more disabled. My mother became chair bound, and the carers had to use a hoist to move her. Throughout the period, Superior Homecare Services provided a high-quality service
never letting us down, even during this challenging time of Covid-19. In my experience, the carers were all dedicated and compassionate individuals undertaking what is a very challenging role. The administrative backup was also very efficient with timely, accurate billing and responsive to changes in requirements.
I am very grateful for the support Superior Homecare Services gave my parents, and the peace of mind they gave me.

I have been a client for many years now, and I like the fact they offer a personal service to meet my needs. I find the carers to be friendly and professional some going above and beyond as I live alone with not much support from others. For peace of mind, I would like more communication from the office
regarding time changes in calls to help me plan my days. Rotas are emailed out and they seem to become more promptly of late, but when a time I have requested is not there, it's a bit disappointing as I have reorganised what I've planned for that day.

The carers are always courteous and attentive to whatever needs are required.
Time keeping is sometimes an issue, not always informed by the office if running late.
Issues are very rare.
Agency will always try and accommodate additional care if required with a same day request.

Superior Homecare and their Carers were everything an excellent Care Provider should be for my Grandad. Kind, thoughtful, caring, trustworthy, respectful but just as importantly, professional in all aspects of personal care they gave to him. This was especially required given the COVID-19 period we
were in.
Each Carer has their own unique style but they all came together to give him, myself and my wife the help and support we all needed during a tough last few months. All three of us were lucky to build trustful relationships with all of them and we will be eternally grateful for that.
Also, Superior Homecare for being so helpful during the initial stages of the package referral, particularly, finalising the requirements.
Finally again, to all the Carers (I will not name names as they are all fantastic in their own ways.) Grandad really did like you all (but we all know who his favourites were!)
Thank you Superior Homecare.

I was with Superior Homecare for three and a half years. I found the majority of care staff very helpful and efficient and with being with the agency for a number of years, I built some really good relationships with a number of staff, as well as seeing care staff who only stayed for a short time. Overall
my time with Superior Homecare was a positive experience.

Superior Home Care Service has been looking after my 97-year-old father since February of this year. We have been so impressed by the professional attitude of all the staff from the initial home assessment to the four times daily visits he requires. The carers coming into my fathers home have all been
so friendly, caring and helpful throughout. Even though the Covid-19 lockdown they never let him down and were there caring for him which has been a great comfort to all of us. The care and helpful assistance given to us a family from dealing with ordering supplies, arranging assessments for equipment and general advice has been amazing. I have a weekly schedule of visits emailed to me every week so I know who is visiting and when which is so helpful. The new app is a great addition so I can see what my Dad has needed during the day. I've rung them often with questions and nothing has been too much trouble. I can't recommend Superior Home Care enough. They have been brilliant throughout.

  2. The score for the number of positive Reviews is 3.5 out of 5 from 2 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Home Care Provider is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.091 for Superior Care Group is calculated as follows: ( (1 Excellents x 5) + (10 Goods x 4) ) ÷ 11 Ratings = 4.091

The 5 points relating to the number of Positive Reviews for Superior Care Group is based on 2 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as follows: 3 + 0.5 = 3.5
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Home Care Provider does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
