Bluebird Care Leicester, Hinckley, Bosworth & Blaby Reviews (12)
Over all time Bluebird Care Leicester, Hinckley, Bosworth & Blaby has 12 reviews.
The carers who visit are empathetic and carry out professionally all tasks expected of them. They are reliable and show a genuine interest in the service users.
When there has been a potential crisis, they have kept calm and been reassuring - from simple things such as a door being double locked which was opened by them ok, to dealing with one service user whilst the other was being treated by paramedics.
It has been peace of mind for many months, knowing the service users are in good hands four times a day: breakfast, lunch, tea and to bedtimes.
Thank you for your kind words. It always appreciated when our customers takes the time to give us a review. We always try to provide the highest quality of care and support to our customers.
My husband would like to thank the carers for their reliability and respectfulness when giving him care he and they have a good sense of humour with him. We can not thank the carers enough for all the kindness and hard work they give him. He appreciates them very much. Thank you.
Care started off okay. Friendly enough carers but management not very good. Tried charging for mileage to take my partner out when social services pay for this. Reported an accident when my dad fell, they did not report it correctly. I had to go and report it to social services so it was dealt with. Waiting on an outcome. They pulled out of the contract early, would not recommend them.
The accident referred to was reported by the carers to the management and all the compliance protocol was followed with relevant parties.

We, as a family, are very pleased with the care Bluebird Care Leicester are giving to our parents. My mum is the client but they never forget my dad and always include him. The cleaning is second to none. I'd have them at my home any time.
Always cheerful and helpful with all my needs and smart and professional.
Thank you for your kind words. It's nice to know our staff are recognised for the effort they make to be professional.
The service has listened and delivered a person-centered service which meets my mum's needs. They are reliable and responsive. The quality of care is exceptionally good which gives me confidence that my mother is in good hands.
Thank you for continuing the care for my Mother in a conscientious manner. You work so hard to deliver great care and to be a friendly face. We feel so thankful that the ladies/carers are so understanding of my Mother's needs and deal with them in such a professional manner. Once again thank you.
Your carers are very understanding and have respect for what they do.
The care that the supervisor and care assistants have given us has been outstanding. Our children and other relatives live far away and the carers have come to feel to us like members of our extended family. We have not only received help with physical needs but also for our emotional wellbeing. They have been brilliant at communicating with my husband who is unable to speak.
Please let us know if we can do anything to help you in the future.
The manager came to visit before the week booked and I found him to be very nice and put him at ease. My cousin was very happy with the carers.
Thank you for your kind words, It's nice to know we are doing a good job.
We were stressed beyond words with my Dad gradually losing independence for personal care as he grappled with end stage cancer. Bluebird Care were excellent; they listened to our specific needs, gave us exactly what we asked for, came to our aid in an emergency and were 100% reliable. 10/10. Will use them again.
