Except for the times my mother has been for a respite stay as a resident in a care home, Pristine Home Care have been providing night-time attendance at home for my mother since March 2023. Their initial thorough assessment was carried out by a friendly and competent lady and that same friendliness
and competence has been reflected in the hard-working and cheerful ladies who punctually arrive every agreed evening without fail.
I am writing this review 6 months after Pristine started because they only just asked me whether I would leave a review for their work. My mother's health has reached the stage that she needs to exchange the familiarity of her own home for the facilities of a properly equipped care home. It is my hope that Pristine will continue to provide their excellent night-time attendance for my mother until she moves into her new residence.

My friend is being well looked after by the main carer. The house always looks clean and tidy and my friend looks happy. I have full trust and confidence in her main carer and I don’t have to worry about my friend because I know she is in good hands.

All carers are polite respectful and kind to my mum. As my mum is precious to myself, to have someone pop in to check she is fine whilst busy caring for her myself makes me feel reassured. This is because I can trust the carers in our home. Great service from the manager too, she checks my mum's well

Communication between management and me is good.
Limited flexibility in terms of timing of visits which is disappointing.
Variable communication between carers and my mother in terms of timeliness of attendance is patchy. We appreciate people struggle to keep to set times - but if they are going
to be more than 30/40 minutes late they should call.
Never had carers before but not sure how proactive the carers are in terms of providing proactive advice about how we could make things better.

We are presently very happy with our carers for elderly care. My mother is more difficult to please than she appears. Our principal carer has been with us for two and a half years I think and has been incredibly helpful in many ways, including accompanying us to the hospital and for vaccination visits,
when I have had to take charge of the car. At the first vaccination visit, when I was with the doctor, and our carer was looking after the parked car, she was able to find in her telephone a photo of my mother's blood pressure tablets, which the doctor needed to know about and neither my mother nor I could remember what they were called. I felt that this was very impressive.

Since becoming disabled due to MS, I have been cared for by Pristine for over 3 years and I have and continue to have absolutely excellent care. The carers are so knowledgeable and understanding and also since the Covid outbreak the company sent and continue to send the same carers to reduce the infection
risks and they use Personal Protection Equipment. Also, the carers and the Manager are very friendly and I have a very good relationship and this really helps with my medical needs. Thank You Pristine.
