We all met when you guys helped with the care of my father. This was a challenging time for all of us, as you were providing medical care for my father, whilst supporting mum with the support of dad.
We have always been impressed with the total professionalism of the management team coupled with the
individual care that each of your carers provide, sometimes under very challenging and difficult circumstances.
We found that your involvement was of immense support to us.
Your support continued with my mum and you are your staff enabled us to move my mum, knowing that she was receiving timely and quality care consistently.
The communication has been impressive and we were never disappointed with your honest and focused responses to a range of risks or needs of my mum. The use of the app gave us additional re assistance and evidence that greatly assisted with the care and planning of my mum's needs. We witnessed a high number of interactions between my mum and your carers, and the carers were exemplary, always positive with a professional approach and always chatty and focused on mum. We cannot thank each carer enough for their warmth and compassion shown to my mum.
One member of staff in particular, personally your involvement with my mum was a real bonus for us and your support at different times of need was truly wonderful and such a credit to Agape Care.

Very pleased with care provided by both ladies that have worked with Mum. Home well looked after, laundry taken good care of and Mum well supported in every day tasks, plus encouragement given to help out and maintain some independence. Care also taken to assure family all well, including asking how
we are, which after a long while of looking after Mum ourselves through some difficult times, is much appreciated.

Agape Care has provided in-home care and support for my elderly and vulnerable parents for a period of almost two years. They have always been caring, friendly, trustworthy and reliable. There have been several occasions where a carer has stayed beyond their allotted time in order to see through a particular
problem.
Communication with me has always been excellent.
Unlike other care companies I have dealt with, the costs for Agape Care services are straightforward and clear from the outset.

The last 6-8 weeks of Mum's life, as she entered the final stage of Alzheimer's, were a very difficult time both for her and her carers. They both showed immense patience and lots of consideration to try and keep Mum as comfortable as possible. They were attentive throughout the day and night and kept
her best interests to the fore. Knowing that Mum was well cared for at all times relieved me of some of my worries through this time.

We had carer visits twice a day over three months for my wife after a serious stroke. The carers were punctual and dependable. Two or three of the regular ones would have justified a rating of excellent from us and the rest good. All were friendly and ready to chat about members of our family and share
photographs etc. We did not have a need for anything other than the personal care of my wife but they always asked if there was anything else they could do before leaving.

Agape continues to provide care for both of my parents, who have different care and medical needs. From the development and implementation of the care plans and to the individual carers delivering the care has been superb. All have been totally professional, extremely caring and very dependable. The
carers are lovely and seem to overcome continuous challenges with a smile. They supply excellent service to my parents whilst providing peace of mind to the rest of the family. Mum over many years has used many different agencies and Agape Care solutions have been the best. Very caring and considerate. Nothing was too much trouble. The only issue is the lack of knowledge of English food. Personally, I can see why this would not be the first thing anyone would like to cook,
however the elderly especially like traditional English food.
This is a very small point and definitely not a show-stopper rather something to consider.

Agape staff started only on a day and sleeping night basis to care for my terminally ill father and deaf mother, then had to quickly provide 24-hour care, waking night which they did quickly and efficiently. The staff were friendly, efficient and hardworking and handled my parents brilliantly.

My husband required overnight care for three weeks to enable me to get some decent sleep.
From the start, I was impressed by the company's professional attitude and attention to detail.
The carers provided were very kind and helpful and they all appeared well-trained.

I have enjoyed a wonderful package of care! My carers always arrived with a cheerful smile and warm greeting. And always when they were due to arrive. My needs following a fall, surgery and a long hospital stay were fairly complex. I had a variety of carers and each one provided excellent care. Each
task was undertaken with dignity, tenderness and precision and an element of love and hope for my recovery. It seemed that nothing was too much trouble and each member of “my team” always said, “is there anything else that I can do for you?”
I always felt comfortable, safe and would like to say thank you for my excellent care. No matter which team member came my level of care was superb. What a wonderful well trained team.

I am updated on my mother's care regularly. The team are always accessible and very responsive to queries. All changes to her care needs are communicated to the carers promptly. I think the app is great and it gives me peace of mind knowing mum's daily needs are taken care of. I can check it at any
time of day.

My elderly father suffered with numerous medical problems, the main one being Alzheimer's dementia. The care and support his 24-hour carers gave him was brilliant. He wasn't the easiest person to deal with at times due to the dementia but was always treated with respect and dignity up until his death,
couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you Agape and all the carers involved with looking after Dad you're all stars.

Agape provided emergency full-time carers for my husband at extremely short notice which enabled him to stay out of hospital which was his dearest wish. Although he was only there 5 days before my husband died, the member of staff was incredibly kind and super-efficient - I cannot speak highly enough
of him and I felt I had a friend for life. Another member of staff stayed two critical nights enabling me to get some sleep. I don't know what I would have done without her professional and gentle help. A huge thanks to Agape for everything.

My 91-year-old mother required live-in 24 hour care during the last year of her life due to vascular dementia. Agape provided wonderful carers throughout and my mother was shown dignity and respect whilst being cared for to the highest standard. Being a nurse myself, I was impressed by their professionalism
and attention to detail. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Excellent care team, they put me first at all times, making sure I have a balanced diet, communication (as I'm very hard of hearing), personal care. My sister has seen a lot of care teams in her life but nothing to the high standard of Agape Care. This team are excellent at their role but at all times
went above and beyond at all visits, resulting in an excellent quality of life for myself. I look forward to their calls - best time of my day. My sister is also extremely happy with the care I receive.
