I'm a Healthcare Administrative Assistant at BMM Care, where I've grown both professionally and personally while supporting a team committed to delivering person-centred care. In my role, I manage compliance processes, prepare auditing reports, maintain accurate documentation, and support day-to-day administrative operations. Working in healthcare has strengthened my organisational skills, problem-solving abilities, and confidence in managing responsibilities within a fast-paced environment. As the Registered Manager and Director, I bring a unique combination of clinical expertise, leadership, and financial management to the organisation. My professional background includes qualifications as a Nurse, Midwife, and Accountant, providing me with a well-rounded understanding of both high-quality care delivery and effective business management.

In 2012, I founded the care agency with a clear vision of delivering compassionate, person-centred care that enables individuals to maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life. Since then, I have remained committed to building a service that prioritises excellence, professionalism, and the wellbeing of both the people we support and our dedicated staff.

I have a genuine passion for looking after people and believe that every individual deserves to be treated with kindness, respect, and compassion. I have been part of BMM Care since its conception in 2012 and have played an integral role in the growth and development of the service. Before joining BMM Care, I gained valuable experience working as a Healthcare Assistant in residential care homes, where I developed a strong passion for providing high-quality, person-centred care.

Since joining BMM Care, I have achieved a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care, further developing my knowledge, skills, and ability to support both our clients and staff. I am passionate about continuous professional development and aspire to progress to the role of Registered Manager in the future.

I genuinely enjoy looking after people and am committed to ensuring that every individual receives compassionate, safe, and dignified support. In my role, I work closely with the Registered Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the service, helping to maintain the highest standards of care and compliance.

I also provide leadership and support to our Care Coordinator and Field Supervisor, ensuring that care is well organised, staff are supported, and our clients continue to receive reliable, high-quality care tailored to their individual needs.
