DelCare

Lynne and her team have provided excellent care for my Aunt for over two years and this has enabled her to stay at home. They are always professional and treat my Aunt with dignity, respect and communicate in a friendly manner. My Aunt always looks forward to their visits. Lynne is always contactable and nothing is too much trouble. Hopefully, I will not need care in the future but if I did I would want Delcare to care for me.

I can't complain about the service my mother received from the staff of DelCare in the Community. The staff treat their clients as people, not a burden. DelCare has a good team of carers on its staff. This is a special message to the carers who looked after my mother through the last days of her life, all 93 years, all her carers and the manager. DelCare provided excellent care for 10 years for my mother.

The team are helpful, understanding, friendly and very caring to my dad and also to me. They have a laugh with him and treat him with respect. We couldn't wish for better carers, they are like family.

The staff at DelCare are very polite and friendly. They are more like family to me now as have been using them for 2 years and they have been through my highs and lows. Very easy to open up to and secure in the knowledge that they are trustworthy. They go above and beyond for anyone, I couldn't be happier. Excellent 5* service and tightly recommend them. DelCare have been providing services to my mum for nearly 6 months. I have found the company to be reliable, caring, and very good communicators. I feel that my mum is getting excellent care, if there is anything out of the ordinary with mum I am always informed. My mum, who has cognitive impairment has settled well with the carers that visit. I am extremely pleased with the care provided.

Whilst caring for my late father, they treated him with dignity, kindness and care. They were compassionate and understanding and always friendly, courteous and approachable. I will always be grateful for the help and support that we received from the DelCare team.
