This morning 10/4/2024 I observed two carers completing a care service call on my mother. I am a professional in the inspection and assessment sector and I am very grateful for the expertise, dignity of care, compassion and empathy for my mother and also father’s well-being that both staff members demonstrated to my mother.
The care that was delivered was of a very high standard of quality, time and continuity that my mother and father have experienced from these staff members.

Communication was excellent and a high standard of professionalism was delivered. Both staff members on the morning call have always demonstrated a high consistency of excellent care delivery and should be commended for this. Thank you for your care and support for my family.
