Vitality Care take care of my elderly father. The carers really do care and go over and above to treat him with dignity and kindness . Management Team are kind and very professional. They are excellent in keeping me informed and dealing with things quickly 24/7. They provide a wide range of services and are flexible to a clients needs. Dad has a small team of carers and has got to know and like them all. I really appreciate everything Vitality Care do for dad and don't know how I would cope without them.

Everything is good, but morning calls sometimes very late, 10 am sometimes. It's a long time from 7 pm night call.

Reply from Nadene Davis, Director of Care at Vitality Care and Support Services

At times we do have calls which are late due to unforeseen circumstances, we always try our best to adhere to client call times most of the time, unfortunately sometimes this is not always possible. We will use your feedback constructively. Thank you.

Overall Experience

I have no hesitation in recommending Vitality Care Services to everybody. Without the dedication of the carers and management, I would not have been able to cope by myself. The carers were always on time, they treated my Mother as they would treat their own Mothers. The carers were obviously well trained and all were very professional and friendly at the same time. If anything needed to be changed I was always informed in a timely manner and given the reason for the change. My Mother looked forward to the four daily carers visits as they made her laugh and they gave me the opportunity to spend some time doing other things for a short time. It would be unfair to single individuals out as everybody I came in contact with including carers, office staff and management were all dedicated to their profession.

Hi, I'm Steph, I am the Office Administrator at Vitality Care and Support Services. I cover a range of different roles. I am in front of the house so all staff/client enquiries and queries come to me and I direct you appropriately. One of my main roles within the organisation is to coordinate rotas on a bi-weekly basis, ensuring all calls are covered in a way that benefits both client and carer and to ensure logistically everyone's needs are being met.

I also take care of all staff timesheets every week ensuring that they are calculated and processed promptly for the finance department.

Other things I do include checking over new staff applications ensuring we have all relevant documentation, sending off references, inductions etc sending off DBS Checks. Updating online systems with new care packages, cancellations and extra calls, promptly answering the phone and dealing with a range of professionals.
