I would not hesitate to recommend "Bluebird Care" to anyone. Thank you to all your staff.
Thank you so much for your review of our services. It has been our pleasure to support you at home and we wish you the very best health and happiness for the future. We're very proud of our team.
The review went well and issues identified.
I am very pleased with the care I recive. The carers are very nice kind and caring they give me the care I need to help me look after myself. They are always friendly, helpful.
Staff are kind, caring, helpful, considerate, friendly and understanding of needs.
Bluebird carers that have been assigned to my mum (aged 86) are courteous, kind, respectful and always listen to her needs. She has had carers 4 x daily for the past 2 years since falling, and after further 3 falls and they have built up her confidence, stamina to walk with a frame. They have encouraged her and supported when needed to help her to cook once again, so meals on wheels are no longer needed. They are currently taking her for daily walks and on days she is a little unsteady they take her out in a wheelchair. I could not ask for better carers. The kitchen , toilet, bedroom are always clean and disinfected when necessary (daily).
Bluebird Care look after us very well. Our carers are so patient and kind and very well trained. We are always kept informed by the office of any problem and we can phone anytime if we need extra help or advice.
We have found the care team kind, reliable and very caring. Happy with the service provided.
The carers are very proffesional, caring, patient and always reliable. They are a great help to us, and we find Bluebird care very efficient and alway avalable at the end of the phone.
They were amazing and tenderly cared for her whilst she was slowly dying. Always told her what they were going to do and apologising when they needed to move her.
They made her last moments as comfortable as possible and I have the utmost respect for their kindness and professionalism.
Done efficiently and without stress to myself.
The overall care that my aunt gets is great.
Overall ok. However, please ensure carers know how to do the basics, particularly at breakfast time.
Thank you very much for taking the time to offer us feedback. This really means a lot to us and we will use this information to improve. We are pleased to see that you have rated us highly on care and support and treating you with dignity. These are some of our core principles and we'll always try...
We made an urgent request for extra care; within an hour we had received a phone call and visit from a supervisor to help access exactly what was required. Within a few hours, carers arrived on time; they calmly dealt with the situation and showed som much care and consideration to my poorly mother. I can't thank them enough.
We have used Bluebird Care for my mum since 2022. They are always reliable and tend to my mum's ever-changing needs. If there are any issues, they are always there to take your call and act upon anything required. I have just registered my dad with them as well. I find the staff friendly and easy to talk to and supportive and understanding. I would definitely recommend them.
Over the past eighteen months, we have got to know all of the carers very well. They are always on time for visits, polite, friendly and always smiling to cheer my mum up. It is a very difficult situation and my mum wishes to be at home, this is only possible with the excellent care provided by Bluebird Care. Thank you all very much.
I feel that overall management is very helpful and listen to any worries I have. I don't feel that many of the carers are qualified in looking after clients with dementia. I also don't feel some of the carers follow instructions where highlighted by the client and forwarded on to the care company.
Thank you for sharing your experience with us, I sincerely apologise that it hasn't been an entirely positive one. We always strive to provide top quality service to everyone and would be very open to understanding the issue in greater detail, please feel free to reach out to our office whenever you can. Kind regards, Bluebird Care East Hertfordshire.
5 stars all the way and the support line 10 out of 10, always on the ball when needed. Many thanks to the whole team for the time you spent with us.
You really made our day! We always love to receive a positive review of the care we provide, and appreciate you taking the time to rate us!
Bluebird Care has been providing live-in carers for my aunt and uncle for about six months now. The carers are reliable and efficient and deal with their dementia issues very professionally. The management team work effectively with the carers and family, with the daily online notes providing comprehensive reassurance for the wider family that their needs are being met. So far, Bluebird has demonstrated effective, caring and flexible support, often going the extra mile to solve the myriad problems of keeping an elderly couple with dementia living in their own home. The ethos of Bluebird comes across as listening, friendly and thoughtful.
From the moment we started to use Bluebird Care we noticed a very capable and professional service. This meant we were able to provide end of life care for my mother when it became necessary, as per her wishes, knowing there were people there who we could rely on and provide excellent care. The managers were always so approachable. We will always cherish the time we had in those final weeks and could not have done it without the efforts of Bluebird Care.
Bluebird took over the care of my mother in the last nine months of her life, providing 24 hour live-in care plus additional hours from visiting carers to provide further assistance. The carers were lovely and took such good care of my mother as if they were her relatives. I would definitely recommend them.
