We have been clients for 8 years. We are provided with very competent carers who have received all the correct training to care for my seriously disabled son. We have good communication with the staff in office and with management and they are dedicated to sorting out any problems we face. We are very
happy with the quality of care and we have peace of mind and are very satisfied with this company.

With a biomedical science degree in my bag, I however wanted a job that could give me a sense of gratification and that is when I decided to take a different path into healthcare.

Job Title: Field Care Supervisor Joined: 2017

I started my career in the care sector as a Bluebird Care Assistant back in 2017, a few months after I moved to the UK. Although it was supposed to be a temporary role I have found out that helping other people is rewarding. This kept me interested in the care industry and made me take opportunities to improve my skills and extend my knowledge so that I could deliver high-quality care. I attended all the training that Bluebird provided and obtained Diploma, Level 2 in Health Care (RQF). For the last few years, I was mainly involved in complex care packages. I supported people who needed tracheostomy care, PEG care, stoma care, catheter management, or Enema. I also have provided care to customers with learning disabilities, from mild to profound ones, Dementia and Autism. My aim is to continue with my personal development and go for the next level of a Diploma in Health Care.


In Jan 2023 I was successful in applying for the role of Field Care Supervisor with Bluebird care H&F and being able to continue guiding and working with my colleagues.
