Job Title: Service Delivery officer

For over 10 years, that is how long I have been working in care.

With a biomedical science degree in my bag, I however wanted a job that could give me a sense of gratification and that is when I decided to take a different path into healthcare.

From my humble beginnings as a carer and working my way up to now being a proud Service Delivery Officer, it has been a turbulent journey with constant challenges but I wouldn’t trade it for anything. Here at Bluebird care H&F, the main focus has always been to ensure our customers and employees get the maximum support and I am happy to say that even the pandemic has not changed this momentum.

Margarita Georgieva

Job Title: Field Care Supervisor

I started my career in the care sector as a Bluebird Care Assistant back in 2017, a few months after I moved to the UK. Although it was supposed to be a temporary role I have found out that helping other people is rewarding. This kept me interested in the care industry and made me take opportunities to improve my skills and extend my knowledge so that I could deliver high-quality care. I attended all the training that Bluebird provided and obtained Diploma, Level 2 in Health Care (RQF). For the last few years, I was mainly involved in complex care packages. I supported people who needed tracheostomy care, PEG care, stoma care, catheter management, or Enema. I also have provided care to customers with learning disabilities, from mild to profound ones, Dementia and Autism. My aim is to continue with my personal development and go for the next level of a Diploma in Health Care.

In Jan 2023 I was successful in applying for the role of Field Care Supervisor with Bluebird care H&F and being able to continue guiding and working with my colleagues.
