Bluebird care have been professional, patient, caring and worked incredibly hard to ensure that my husband gets the very best at home care. The care that my husband needs is complex, high dependency and stressful for both the care givers and him. Bluebird strive to ensure their staff are supported with training and continuous reviews so that the care they give is of the very best standard. They also work with us, listening to our concerns, and requests for help , responding to these swiftly and sensitively.
There is no care home, hospice or hospital that can provide all the levels of care that my husband receives at home from Bluebird. For my husband and I this makes Bluebird precious and rare. We don't live in a perfect world, sometimes things go wrong. The key is to communicate, listen to each other and to work things out. We have achieved this with Bluebird and we are incredibly grateful for them.

Having a live-in carer has delayed mums transition into a care home and hugely improved her quality of life. She gets on well with the carer and sees her almost as a member of the family. I'm very impressed with the level of care from both the carer and from Bluebird in general.

They supported us to remain in the comfort of our own home while my wife lived with dementia and provided palliative care for her. I was recovering from hospital discharge. From beggining of services the care, safety and responsive have been effictive and well led. The sinior care manager has been compassionate, effectively organised our care package with empathy. The carers shows genuine kindness, dignity and respect all times, offering consistent one to one support that sustaince my mind. They have gone beyond am grateful. Care standard is best provided. I highly recommend Bluebird Care.

The care for my husband, who has Parkinson's Disease, has been excellent. The carers are kind and supportive. The management is very approachable and almost always manages any request for a change of time if necessary because of appointments, etc.

They have helped him cope at a very upsetting time, while his wife has been in a hospice receiving treatment for terminal liver cancer over the last six weeks. My dad has a very needy nature and can be quite demanding, however with the compassion and care he has received, it has helped me focus on the needs of my mum completely without worrying at all about him. My family decided on Bluebird Care for their attention to detail and genuine interest when we approached them initially. We had an interview with them in my brother-in-law's home and they took great care in answering all his questions as well as ours, his family. Since then he has received fantastic care from a main carer and a couple of others. Continuity of care, with people whom he had gotten used to, was a priority and this Bluebird have achieved. My brother-in-law is so pleased with the support he receives, as are we as a family. It is comforting to all concerned he is getting such a high standard of support and care.

Bluebird Care has been just brilliant.

Jack grew up in South Gloucestershire and so has a great understanding of the local community and the people within it. Like many others, Jack and Sophie first came across the care industry when members of their families started to need a helping hand.
It made them realise the profound difference good quality care can make in someone’s life. They decided to put together a team to provide care to a standard that they would be happy with for their own family and friends.
