Tendring Care

Tendring Care have given excellent care to my Mum-in-law. The key care workers have given both excellent care and insightful advice. Along with the management they have offered support beyond what they are obliged to give. They are easy to communicate with and responsive. But I give a 5 star rating most of all as I feel they have demonstrated their heart is in the service they deliver.

The care I receive is excellent. I could not ask for any better care or management.

Good service all round. But if I am honest, our main carer we have (you know who he is) is worth his weight in gold. 100% knows what hes doing, always on time and very caring.

I have nothing but praise for Tendring Care. The cares arrive at the time agreed and no job is too large/small/demeaning to them. I have regular carers who know my routines and often do jobs 'unasked' e.g. hoovering, tidying, etc. They stand back and let me do things independently (which, again, being regular they know what I can manage myself) but recognise when I'm having a 'bad day' and will step in and ask if I need help. They have become friends that I know well and trust. I could not function without their care.

A very kind polite and very professional care provider. They go above and beyond nothing is ever too much trouble. Care needs always carried out professionally. I would very highly recommend tendring care.

Very pleased wonderful care nothing a problem feel lucky to have Tendering care never missed a call informed if running late always in uniform polite and helpful help with anything I need would recommend them.
