Personally I felt the carer had too many patients allotted to him to cover in reasonable time.
They were not required to do very much for me. All meals were prepared and they only had to serve them to me. They did whatever washing up was required but think they could have taken a little more care of the crockery! Several mugs now have cracks in them . They tended to bang the items down on the granite worktop.
They were not required to make the bed but just pulled the covers up.
At all times I felt extremely comfortable with the carers and completely trusted them . They were very likeable people and I would be happy to have them in my home any time.
The care we received for my Dad was outstanding, they always arrived at the time they promised, they cared for my dad with compassion and dignity. They were always friendly and understanding. We have used other care companies in the past and Prolife were the best by far. Thank you
We have had a number of care companies/ carers in recent months but prolife were best by far. There caring nature went above and beyond not only to my father in law but to us as a family.
We cannot thank them enough
Understanding as my husband has vascular dementia
The two carers come four times a day . Nice that at least one of the carers are someone who my husband knows. With dementia carers my husband didn't know, he will not respond to them at all
Very satisfied with the care my husband is getting
One would not have expected more. As sad as the situation was at times I looked forward to seeing them and working alongside them getting helpful tips.
They were managed well.
I would highly recommend Prolife Healthcare!
Great level of care provided to my mum. Carers are friendly and professional. She needs a lot of help with toileting and personal care, which the carers help with enormously. We would be lost without their help.
I have been a user for longer than twelve months and have been very satisfied during that time. The carers that come are always polite, friendly and helpful. I am helped with dressing, my bed is made, I am supervised with my medication and my insulin. My breakfast is prepared somedays not necessarily everyday, I'm looked after very well and really appreciate the care and attention that I receive.
I’ve got nothing but praise for these new ones. From the first visit with the accessor and carer, such professionalism in every aspect, Mum has Dementia and needs a lot of encouragement, they’ve managed this and beyond. It’s a huge weight lifted. Can highly recommend it.
Always just a phone call away to speaker to manager.
Staff very polite, professional, and caring.
First time have used this service and would use them again.
Slow start but got there in the end with sorting timings and staffing. However as certain nursing staff were new and were in my honest opinion not trained correctly or failed to understand to be careful with moving the patient and were initially rough. This was sorted.
She was professional and answered all questions with a clear explanation. She listened attentively and provided up-to-date and useful information.
The team leader has a warm and friendly personality and we did not feel rushed throughout the whole review.
The carers are all excellent and provide a first-class service for our father.
Given the short time only we have been with this company, we are both pleased and impressed with their overall service. All staff are very professional, polite and communicative. They are friendly and sensitive to my needs, maintaining a good standard of hygiene. Their visits are on time which is key to my care and treatments required throughout the day. They are much valued and appreciated.
