This was the first time they'd offered a short-term contract like this, and we're so thankful they trialled it with us. It really made such a difference. Highly recommend!
Many thanks for your kind feedback. We are really pleased it was a successful break for you and Dad. We hope to hear from you in the future.
I am happy to endorse this staff member from NR Care as a great guy.
Thank you for your kind review, we were very pleased to be able to provide support to your Dad through a difficult time, and I'm glad that our staff member did so well at supporting your Dad to feel uplifted and at ease. We wish you, your Dad, and your family all the best for the future.
After extensive research and taking into account the relevance for our needs, we selected NR Care for the palliative care for our mother. The management team were first class throughout, making a point of making a full assessment during their initial visit and making impromptu visits to my mother and calling me as next of kin. Throughout the care staff however ranged from excellent (sensitive, kind and understanding) to indifferent (not respecting my mother's needs or home particularly well) If it wasn't for this one 'bad apple' I would have rated NR Care as excellent. The management team made sure they were at my mother's bedside while she passed away - amazing!
We appreciate your honest feedback and actions have been taken to address the individual in question. Knowing you and your siblings were not local it was our wish and duty to keep you informed along the way and to be with your mum in her final hours.
The carers we have now all display the most important quality needed-they care- conscientiously and genuinely. And on the few occasions when this has not appeared to be the case and the necessary rapport has not existed, appropriate action has been taken. The importance of following rules and procedures and keeping good records is recognised but in a sensible and non-bureaucratic way. A similar positive attitude is taken towards training. The success so far of NR Care in providing a full complement of good carers at a time when supply is so problematic is the result of and a tribute to their good management and forward planning.
Thank you for your candid feedback, we are pleased to hear that you are happy with the care provided by our staff and that we have been able to work together to positively resolve any difficulties or challenges that have occurred in a manner that you are happy with.
Everyone arrived on time and looked after mum very well.
If mum had not gone into a care home in December I would still be using NR care.
Whenever I rang to change anything or ask for more help they went out of their way to try to sort it promptly.
Many thanks for your kind words. We found it pleasure supporting you and your mum and we wish you well for the future.
Following a stroke and time in a rehabilitation hospital, I researched carers for my father to continue living at home. From the beginning, I found NR office and admin efficient, human and easily available. The carers are friendly, personal, on time and trustworthy. As his care need changed, so the carers adapted. Helping my father to be as independent as possible, while keeping his dignity has been the most important thing, and NR Care has achieved this. Grateful and appreciative. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you.
Thank you for your kind words. It was a delight to look after your father and see him improve over his time with us. All the staff will miss visiting him, but you know where we are if ever he needs help.
The whole operation was excellent from the start to the sad end.
All of the team were so pleased we could help you in the final stages of your wife’s illness.
The carers understand my wife's condition and her needs. They are very attentive.
Many thanks for your kind words. We are pleased that we have been able to support your wife with a regular carer who understands her needs
NR Care's live-in carer provides respectful pro-active support to the client and supporting family. Nothing is too much trouble. Our main concern is that the carer has to be encouraged to take reasonable breaks for their own good. Our experience of the support we are getting is excellent.
Many thanks for your kind and positive words. We are pleased that our team are receiving such positive feedback and we will of course pass this back to the member in question.
