The team at Bedtime Angels provided excellent care for my mum over the last months of her life. The carers took a personal interest in my mum, getting to know her likes/ dislikes and making sure she had everything she needed to be happy and comfortable. Not only looking after her physical needs and encouraging her to eat, but also providing company and caring words when she was in distress from her illness. They were always professional, cheerful and supportive to me in my mum’s final days. I knew my mum was being looked after and highly recommend Bedtime Angeles to anyone requiring home care.

Bedtime Angels provide care and support to my mum for 6 hours a week. She has dementia and can be really confused but the staff are wonderful with her and spend hours talking to her and doing activities with her which really calms her and improves her quality of life. It's very reassuring to know that she is being cared for by such an excellent company. The managers are easy to contact and are at the end of the phone if we need to communicate any changes which are put into place immediately. We couldn't ask for better for my mum. I just wish we could have them in more!
