Daisy Chain provided support for my father on his home. He was treated with warmth, dignity and kindness. They communicated with Dad with sensitivity and humour. As a family we were kept informed of any changes. The staff went above and beyond.

Daisychain cared for my mum during the last few months of her life, starting with a daily half-hour visit and then, after she lost all mobility, moving to four visits a day to take care of all her personal needs. This was an extremely difficult time for the whole family, especially my dad, because the deterioration in my mum's health had been so sudden. It was hugely reassuring for us to see the kindness and compassion shown by all the carers both in the care they gave to my mum and also in their interactions with my dad. They explained to us everything they did, and were quick to refer to the District Nurses whenever they had concerns about my mum's health. Thanks to the high quality of care they gave, my mum was able to stay in her own home, alongside my dad, until the very end of her life.

We received home care from Daisychain for a short period during my dad's final illness. My dad was mostly unable to communicate and not always tolerant of personal care (!) but each and every one of the carers managed the situation so well and was able to engage with him. I was so impressed at their ability to walk into a challenging situation and respond immediately. Every one of the carers treated dad with kindness, dignity and respect and it made such a difference to us to have them. It also seemed very quick and easy to arrange the care package. We would definitely recommend you to others and mum is aware of your good reputation locally. Thank you so much.

Early days still but so very impressed with this company. I approached them quite urgently as a family member was struggling as were we if truth be known. I still can't believe how simple it was to arrange care. I phoned Friday and care began on the following Monday morning. Just half an hour has made an incredible difference to all of us especially the gentleman requiring assistance. Carers are reliable, friendly, kind and treat clients with dignity. They seem to go over and above and it's given us his family such peace of mind. Thank you.
