My whole experience was excellent. The carers were all local ladies, they were invested in the area. The care was excellent on all levels. I have recommended Leymar to everyone.

I have ticked 'good' for staff. However, this is an overall judgement. When I got my regular carers, I would rare that as 'excellent', but when I get unknown carers, I would sometimes rate that as 'poor' as they do not always carry out all of the tasks.

Very happy with the services provided by Leymar Healthcare. They tend to all of our mum's needs and all the carers are so caring. Any problems or anything Mum needs they always let us know and are very approachable if we need anything. It's lovely to know our mum is being so well looked after. We couldn't

Have been using Leymar Healthcare for just over a year now. A lady visits every morning to get Mum up, give her breakfast and a shower. I look after Mum for the rest of the day. We are very happy with Leymar, the ladies are mostly on time, all dressed in uniform, very courteous and polite, and more
importantly very efficient, they know their craft. I would wholeheartedly recommend Leymar Healthcare. Obviously things happen like sickness in the team, but Leymar never let you down, they always send someone, albeit it might be a bit later than scheduled. Leymar are a lovely bunch of ladies, cheerful able and willing. Always a smile. Thank you very much.

My family can't thank the team at Leymar enough for the professional care, support and kindness they show when looking after Mum. They really get to know the individual 'Mum' and supported her in the way she wished to be. Her 'ladies' as she knew them as would play her favourite clothes and enjoy the
food she liked. If any concerns or health problems arose, family and healthcare professionals were quickly informed and acted upon. Without Leymar's excellent care, Mum wouldn't have been able to stay in her own home.

Three years ago after making recovery after major surgery my family decided I would need care morning and evening. We met your represented and were delighted that an early start was available. On the first day I was met by a lovely pair of carers, from those days my requirements have been met with friendliness
and help. However there have been odd times when the job in hand was not completed to my satisfaction and I dealt with it myself and all, then became very acceptable.

Leymar have been caring for my husband for over 2 years. The carers are kind, supportive and very caring, they are very fast to notice and treat any soreness that appears and although my husband has been bed-bound for all the time Leymar have been attending, his skin is very good.
They are punctual
and always willing to go beyond what they are expected to do.

Excellent service from 1st day of contact staff visited and I was very impressed by care that was put in place.

We would (and have) recommend Leymar to anyone who needs a caring and compassionate homecare company. They always come into our home like a breath of fresh air, a smile and a laugh and eager to please and make conversation with my husband. He has dementia but I know he enjoys their company. They are
always professional and caring, especially when doing personal care. All the staff are lovely and polite to everyone at our home, including our grandchildren and dog! They certainly help me cope with this awful illness - I don't know what I would do without them!

The staff members who look after my sister are excellent. Her needs are always met. If I ever have any concerns regarding changes in my sister's behaviours or needs, the staff are always approachable and act accordingly. We have had care for many years. Leymar has provided the most stability for my
sister and really understand her needs. The staff always go above and beyond I really do feel they care about not just my sister by myself as well.
