She has had multiple changes to her medication throughout the year which they have dealt with brilliantly and without any problems.
Following an eye operation in October, I was in constant contact with the care team regarding changing medication and timing and frequency of visits ( all out my control I might add ).
Again, nothing was a problem and it was all dealt with efficiently.
As I do not live locally to my Mother, they really are my lifeline and I am very happy with the care my Mother receives.
Whenever a care team team member is attending when I go round visiting, they are always polite, professional and are always smiling and happy for a chat.
