Evolving care have been nothing short of brilliant with regards to my Mothers care.
She has had multiple changes to her medication throughout the year which they have dealt with brilliantly and without any problems.
Following an eye operation in October, I was in constant contact with the care team
regarding changing medication and timing and frequency of visits ( all out my control I might add ).
Again, nothing was a problem and it was all dealt with efficiently.
As I do not live locally to my Mother, they really are my lifeline and I am very happy with the care my Mother receives.
Whenever a care team team member is attending when I go round visiting, they are always polite, professional and are always smiling and happy for a chat.
I would highly recommend Evolving Care.
