Couldn't ask for better care which was done on a very professional scale when I came out of hospital I was fully dependent on my Carers and the help they gave will always be remembered their thoughtfulness kindness bearing in mind I was unable to look after myself as I had had a fall and broken my Femur very doubtful would have made it thus far without their dedication my grateful thanks to these dedicated Angel Carers

I am now happy with the services given by Care Nexus to my mother.
Though, there were problems initially; where different carers were sent and that really confused my mother a lot.
But after persistently calling the management staffs; Things are a lot better now.
We appreciate the carers for their kindness and respect.
My mother was used to the 2 carers that was initially assigned to care for her. But after few months, 1 was taken to work somewhere else without our knowledge and my mother missed her.
The 2 carers now are great especially the Friday and Saturday carer who is also my mother's first carer.

My mother says she brightens her day with her cheerfulness and chatty personality. She is always engaging in conversation with my mother which is very good to watch.

LAILA provides outstanding care for my wife, who lives with dementia. Her experience and knowledge in handling dementia symptoms are obvious in everything she do. She is incredibly reliable, highly professional, and proactive in managing her daily routines and comfort. What stands out most is her calm, reassuring presence, which makes a world of difference during confusion or anxiety. I trust Laila completely and highly recommend her to any family navigating this journey.

The young lady who comes to help my 95 year old mum is amazing!
She is very helpful, very polite, very efficient and my mum really likes her coming
We are also pleased with her exceptional care

There is a lot of extra things that she does to help m mum, she understands that she has dementia and treats her with utmost respect, we have had a different carer twice and my mum didn't respond to her very well

We had both good and bad experiences with some of the carers.
One carer, Lila, was excellent. She always helped my mum with almost everything and was very caring and professional. If she was running late, she would always call and let us know, which we really appreciated.
However, some of the other carers were disappointing. I do not wish to name them individually, but there were occasions when they misplaced our house keys after forgetting to return them to the key safe and never been returned. Some carers were also rude and unfriendly towards my mum. Whenever concerns were raised, they often blamed the company rather than taking responsibility.

Overall, our experience was mixed, with some carers providing excellent care and others falling below expectations.

4 carers we've met that come in to wash and dress my mum every morning.
Very friendly and professional, and also met the team manager to discuss any further needs.

Extra services have been offered, as and when required.

We just want to say thank-you to the two carers Hamza and Rana, and also Tori, from Care Nexus, who are looking after my 93 year old father, we have been very pleased with everything,

The first evening they arrived at 8.30pm and Dad was already in bed and sound asleep, but after this they have completely fitted around our requirements, coming at 7am in the morning, twice more during the day and 6pm for his bedtime. They have been extremely kind considerate and respectful at all times,

I was thoroughly satisfied with the attention and care my sister received when she needed support. We were introduced to one of the carers from Kare Plus, who seamlessly and professionally managed the entire care package once we gave the go-ahead. She was attentive and truly listened to my sister's needs, ensuring the carers she sent were well-suited and compassionate.

I was both pleased and relieved to have the stress of managing my sister's care - especially following her fall - lifted from my shoulders. A heartfelt thank you to Kare Plus, and in particular to the carer, for making a difficult time much easier.

A particular carer was a most compassionate and reliable carer who put her heart into taking care of my wonderful mother. Thank you to the agency for finding such a lovely carer. This carer was always on time and treated mum with dignity. She was courteous and kind to us as a family.

I am reasonably happy with the service so far. There have been a few teething problems which I had to sort out especially at the beginning when we were seeing a lot of different carers which couldn't be helped but things seem to be getting into more of a routine but will continue to review on a regular basis.

My mother who is the client has had a generally positive experience. Her regular carers who she trusts with personal care are excellent in the care and support that they provide. They ensure that my mother is supported and show genuine respect and care for her. These two carers in particular have been extremely positive and have had a good impact on my mothers well being.

At times we have had issues with previous management, particularly with poor communication given by management on who and when carers will be coming to care for my mum. This can cause undue stress, however we hope that these issues with management have since been resolved and have had a positive experience more recently.

Generally we are happy with the support provided and care received, particularly by the main carers who visit my mother more regularly.
