At times we have had issues with previous management, particularly with poor communication given by management on who and when carers will be coming to care for my mum. This can cause undue stress, however we hope that these issues with management have since been resolved and have had a positive experience more recently.
Generally we are happy with the support provided and care received, particularly by the main carers who visit my mother more regularly.

They receive well above the National Minimum Wage and undergo comprehensive training to ensure high-quality care. We also refute the claim regarding impossible travel schedules or lack of travel compensation-our carers have manageable workloads and receive appropriate allowances. Kare Plus Redbridge has provided person-centred care in the community for over 12 years, committed to client well-being.
