Very good, kind people.
4 carers we've met that come in to wash and dress my mum every morning.
Very friendly and professional, and also met the team manager to discuss any further needs.

Extra services have been offered, as and when required.

We just want to say thank-you to the two carers Hamza and Rana, and also Tori, from Care Nexus, who are looking after my 93 year old father, we have been very pleased with everything,

The first evening they arrived at 8.30pm and Dad was already in bed and sound asleep, but after this they have completely fitted around our requirements, coming at 7am in the morning, twice more during the day and 6pm for his bedtime. They have been extremely kind considerate and respectful at all times,

Overall Experience
I was thoroughly satisfied with the attention and care my sister received when she needed support. We were introduced to one of the carers from Kare Plus, who seamlessly and professionally managed the entire care package once we gave the go-ahead. She was attentive and truly listened to my sister's needs, ensuring the carers she sent were well-suited and compassionate.

I was both pleased and relieved to have the stress of managing my sister's care - especially following her fall - lifted from my shoulders. A heartfelt thank you to Kare Plus, and in particular to the carer, for making a difficult time much easier.

A particular carer was a most compassionate and reliable carer who put her heart into taking care of my wonderful mother. Thank you to the agency for finding such a lovely carer. This carer was always on time and treated mum with dignity. She was courteous and kind to us as a family.

Overall Experience

I am reasonably happy with the service so far. There have been a few teething problems which I had to sort out especially at the beginning when we were seeing a lot of different carers which couldn't be helped but things seem to be getting into more of a routine but will continue to review on a regular basis.

My mother who is the client has had a generally positive experience. Her regular carers who she trusts with personal care are excellent in the care and support that they provide. They ensure that my mother is supported and show genuine respect and care for her. These two carers in particular have been extremely positive and have had a good impact on my mothers well being.

At times we have had issues with previous management, particularly with poor communication given by management on who and when carers will be coming to care for my mum. This can cause undue stress, however we hope that these issues with management have since been resolved and have had a positive experience more recently.

Generally we are happy with the support provided and care received, particularly by the main carers who visit my mother more regularly.

At first the transition was a little problematic due the mental health issues & demands of client, but after much liaising with Kare Plus all is almost perfect, the carers are efficient & understanding of the mental health issues but, they are friendly kind & respectful. London Kare Plus, avoid at all costs! They have no idea what person centred care is. Your loved one is just a £ sign to them. Carers are paid minimum wage, are not experienced and given impossible travel schedules. They also don't get paid for travel. This company is only about money and no local authority should give them hospital discharge contracts. Missed medication, three times in 5 days. Medication not on company app for carers after 7 days. Some Carers do not or cannot read simple instructions. Lacking communication and common sense. Wet clothes left in washing machine - family not notified. Office Coordinators don't take complaints seriously and are bordering on rude when things are flagged. Horrendous experience every day so far since care started on 6/2/25.

I've left the management section blank because I've had no contact with management. Also, value for money is excellent because I'm not paying.

Carers have varying levels of ability and English. Some would like to rush off as soon as they can while others are prepared to look for how they could help.

My main male carer is 100%, some of the others need additional work in PPE e.g. changing gloves before preparing my food; one incident dripped my tablets, picked them up, and blew on them! Not staying the correct amount of time.

My main two carers are faultless.

My experience with Kare Plus as a whole has been very negative. There is little to no communication in the office. In the beginning, I was getting a different carer twice a day, every day. It was very hard to build a routine as you had to always explain to the new carer, what you need help with. It did not seem to be explained before they arrived.

My main carer is great. We now have a good routine and I feel that she cares about helping me. She is always thorough and does not rush me. She pre-empts my needs, so I never have to ask her to do anything. If she sees that the bin or recycling needs emptying, she will do it. She cleans down my work surfaces and sink area when she's washed up after making breakfast or after dinner. I miss her on her days off, because my Monday morning help is rushed and nothing is cleaned up afterwards. The carer is usually in and out within 10 minutes.

My mother who is 88 years old has vascular dementia. Our carers Trupti and Sandeep show so much care, affection and consideration for my mother. We would struggle without their help and support and kindness.
